I purchased the treadmill on a Sunday and it was delivered the following Tuesday evening at a time that was convenient to me. Eric was part of the delivery team. They brought the new treadmill in and assembled it, making sure it was in proper working order before they left. Not only that, but I was able to use my old treadmill as a trade-in. They took the old one away when they delivered the new one. I will definitely return to this PPP for my future fitness equipment needs.

I went to him looking to replace my 11 year old Elliptical and after he showed me the Arc Trainer, I was sold! I have difficulty with my knees so I'm always looking for exercises that don't put additional strain on my joints. This equipment is really amazing - there are so many different ways you can work out on this machine to target certain areas and you get an overall awesome workout! It's commercial grade so I know it will last a long time. Also, want to give a shout out to Craig, Adam and their team that delivered the Arc Trainer. This wasn't easy, as the machine is over 400 lbs and they had to take it down 16 steps to the basement! They were all very friendly and accommodating. I had been looking for adjustable dumbbells for a while, and while Johnson advised me they had none, I visited the store anyway. A young, new hire greeted me, listened, and brought me over to a visiting regional supervisor, who confidently told me they were anticipating a shipment within a week. The young man took my info and promised to advise me of any arrival. 12 days later, I called to follow up, and was told I'd be called back by the end of the day with an update. It never came. Two weeks later, I revisited the store, where yet another salesman told me that while they were indeed "at the warehouse", they had no evidence of a real plan for delivery. He suggested I prepay. I declined. Finally, two weeks after this, I made a final call, and the young salesman was able to offer absolutely nothing but an apology. I purchased exactly what I wanted through Walmart, was promised a two week delivery. They arrived two days early. Johnson fitness has a very good product line, but abysmal customer "service".

We took our kids here on a winter break, gray day and it was a lot of fun. From there, you can't miss the gigantic ferris wheel in the middle of the store. Gonna be real, it's fun and worth the wait but also a bit nerve wracking. Something is just odd about quietly swaying at the top of a department store quietly for such a long time. My daughter was like, "Dad, I'm scared to look down!" and all I could think was, "so am I, kid, so am I." We both agreed it's pretty fun once it gets going. There's also a little bowling area where you get five frames for a buck, and ditto to a little arcade game area as well. There's toy stores, outdoor goods, quality brands of clothes and outfitting, and really a nice answer to online shopping. In fact, it feels like malls used to feel in the 90's but a modern spin on everything. We did eat here but I'd say skip it. I didn't find anything I wanted and when I went to finish off my kids chicken tenders I was super underwhelmed and ended up pitching them. I will say at this time they carry Sylas & Maddy's ice cream (best IC in the city IMO) so that was a nice surprise treat. What more could you want if out shopping with the kids?!
