I got pictures of the truck and the license plate and reported it to the owner of the company. The owner at first seemed somewhat apologetic and forwarded the information to his insurance company, but his insurance company declined the claim due to lack of evidence. I reached out to the owner to see if we could remedy this issue without the insurance and he has refused to contact me and says it's an insurance problem now, not his. I would use my insurance company, but I have a deductible which I don't believe I need to pay out-of-pocket for this companies hit-and-run.
