I returned for a correction with Tracey, who explicitly assured me she specialized in the Russian technique. She lied. Instead of fixing the issue, Tracey layered more filler on top of misplaced filler, causing immediate migration and a heavy, bulky look.I followed every single aftercare rule perfectly--no straws, iced properly, and took it easy--so this disaster is 100% due to their poor, uneducated technique. When the swelling went down and I reached out about the terrible results, the management gaslit me. They weaponized my polite "in-chair" reaction to deny all accountability and refuse a refund, acting clueless about why my lips look like this. They are happy to pocket your $600 but will completely abandon you and ignore your concerns when they mess up your face. Stay far away from Sarah and Tracey if you value your appearance and your money. See attached photos for the undeniable

Michelle was amazing, and did so much to my skin to make it look like my skin but better. My amazing daughter came along with me, and everyone greeted her and showed her to a place with a fireplace and couches. Michelle turned on the water heater for her, so she could make a warm mug of hot cocoa. When I was done with my facial and wax, my daughter commented on how I immediately look like I was glowing! That's when I knew this place was going to be my holy grail for facials, waxing, and everything in between. Michelle also told me about some of the organic products she used on me, and I bought one to try it out at home. The citrus lip balm is my now my favorite product! They have 2 treatment rooms, so 2 of us were shown to their treatment rooms the others to the relaxation room. This relaxation room was very cozy... fireplace, couches, chairs, and included a BYOB set-up (ice, glasses, napkins) for the drinks we brought with us. Overall, the treatments were very relaxing and better than I expected. Speaking with some of the staff, I found out that a majority of them used to work for the famous Hershey Spa so I assume that people who have been there can expect similar service. Note: For clients interested in waxing services, bikini waxes only (they do not yet provide brazilian waxes).
