They fixed it and I asked "Do I need a new motor?" The answer was no the the charge was very reasonable for a service call down to Canyon Texas (about 20 minutes from their office.) The second time was a couple years later and I was opening and closing the door and broke a gear. They came out and replaced the gear. I again asked, "Do I need a whole new unit?" The answer was it should last a few more years and no. Again, the charge was much less than I expected. This company is honest and come out quickly. It would be easy for them to sell me a new unit, but they fixed the problem and saved me a lot of money instead of selling me something I may not need. Unbelievable in this day and I recommend them to all my friends that mention a problem with their garage door. A great company and TWICE they have proven to be honest and a low cost service. Over three months hearing nothing, we tried contacting him. Sometimes he'd answer and give some excuse (like blaming the factory), or say he'd call us back tomorrow then never doing so, but often wouldn't answer calls or respond to voicemails, texts, or emails. We tried contacting him dozens of times over months, and the number of interactions was maybe 5 at most. He literally took our money and ran. Finally had to do a chargeback through the bank to get the deposit back.

My issue was with the company owner saying he would fix a piece of window that broke off. I was told by him it would be an easy fix, still have all the emails. Installed told me that owner would bring the piece to me and it never happened. I emailed them a few days later and didn't get response. Not what I expected from them. If they would've just told me to handle it a different way or just flat out told me they couldn't help them I would've given them 5 stars, but I do not like being lied to and ignored. So take it for what it is. They will help you and be nice until they get their money then you don't matter to them anymore.
