She had just paid a different contractor $60k to remove her glazed tile roof to replace the disintegrated tar paper with a more durable, modern underlayment & reinstall the old tile. She now needed new gutters & I found Paradise and called to have them provide a ~$15k quote. Brent sent his nephew out promptly and presented a quote that was agreeable with the client, so a contract was signed, gutters got mostly installed, and Brent wanted payment BEFORE the job was completed. Big red flag. The next time it rained, it was discovered that there's a run that is sloped AWAY from the downspout and collects water. Multiple calls and promises to correct, but no follow-through. That was in late 2020, and they never fixed the problem. So now, six years later, their poor business practices are immortalized for the world to see.

They didn't meet the agreed-to install timeframe. When they finally showed up the installation dragged on. Then months trying to get them to fix the multiple problems with the install (they never did fix them all). Luckily when hail destroyed our roof it also totaled the gutters so we now have a good installation. Maybe they've gotten better over the last 3 years but I doubt it. Look elsewhere!

Over three months hearing nothing, we tried contacting him. Sometimes he'd answer and give some excuse (like blaming the factory), or say he'd call us back tomorrow then never doing so, but often wouldn't answer calls or respond to voicemails, texts, or emails. We tried contacting him dozens of times over months, and the number of interactions was maybe 5 at most. He literally took our money and ran. Finally had to do a chargeback through the bank to get the deposit back.

"Sorry they cut down those bushes and the banister was old, and rotten anyway would you like for me to have someone come and remove it?" As for the wiring, "he asked why did they did that." I had to take off two half days from work in order for the cable and internet company to rewire by house. After all this, the only thing Woodbridge could and would offer me was a $200.00 gift certificate. Then I talk with his manager which said he was sorry and could and would only offer me 250.00 dollars. Then I talk with the manger right under the owner and she also said sorry and could and would off me the same 250.00 dollars. Thanks, Woodbridge for destroying my house and making me do extra work I should not be doing. I really do not feel that 250.00 dollar covers all the problems I am having now. I believe if they really stand behind their employers working on your house and these mistakes were made, I should have gotten something off the cost of my entire bill or at least the amount of money I lost taking off of work for two 1/2 days. It is Now July 2018 ... about 6 months later and still no new window. Recently I called him and he hung up on me. Called back and he would not answer. Its always one excuse after another. The latest is that Revere windows lost the window identification that he sent in for replacement. Well ... I have a copy on my cell phone that I sent him. DO NOT HIRE!

The previous home owners had to have the same windows replaced twice because the seals broke. It took months! months of us calling them as they didn't think it was important to keep us updated & still no windows! Finally the windows were going to be installed and they came in the wrong color, they didn't even order the ones we needed after all that time!!!! The owner left saying he would call me that day to tell me what we were looking at time wise to get the right ones. He never did and since then they have refused to answer the phone unless we get someone to call from another number and we have had to buy new windows from another company.
