Steer clear of these clowns. Here's why:
I have a client in Clayton, NM, two hours from Amarillo, who has a very nice, large, two-story, 100+ year old home. She had just paid a different contractor $60k to remove her glazed tile roof to replace the disintegrated tar paper with a more durable, modern underlayment & reinstall the old tile. She now needed new gutters & I found Paradise and called to have them provide a ~$15k quote. Brent sent his nephew out promptly and presented a quote that was agreeable with the client, so a contract was signed, gutters got mostly installed, and Brent wanted payment BEFORE the job was completed. Big red flag. The next time it rained, it was discovered that there's a run that is sloped AWAY from the downspout and collects water. Multiple calls and promises to correct, but no follow-through. That was in late 2020, and they never fixed the problem. So now, six years later, their poor business practices are immortalized for the world to see. read more
