Infinity Contractors and Roofers hired a sub contractor to replace the roof on my grandmother's house. Mind you she is almost 89 years young. Shorty after that, they fired that sub contractor for poor workmanship.
In the contract flashing is included. After having another licensed roofercome to the house and inspect the roof, he informed me that according to the documents, the vents were suppose to be replaced and that they were paid for by the insurance company and the the vents still to this day have not been replaced.
Any professional roofer knows that the flashing goes on before the shingles. That is not the case in my grandmother's situation. The shingles were out on and then the flashing.
The owner of the company informed me that the sub contractor that replaced my grandmother's roof was terminated due to below standards work.
My grandmother did not hire the sub contractor yet the owner of Infinity wants her to absorb the extra costs of poor workmanship?
My grandmother is not asking for free work, she wants the work done correctly and as promised from the owner and sales manager.
Also in the contract a shed is covered under the insurance policy and was never touched. The rolled roofing material that they ended up putting on the car port and patio is not the same material stated in the contract.
As I have stayed before, Infinity hired a inferior sub contractor and expects my grandmother to be satisfied with such poor workmanship.
She has no problem with turning over the check from the insurance company when the work is done properly. read more
