My wife made the fatal mistake of retaining Dibble…read moreapproximately 2 yrs. ago for a Family Law issue(POA)etc. Dibble told her telephonically that it would cost her $7500.00 but by the time she left his office Dibble convinced her to write a check for $15,000.00 After a month or so Dibble persuaded her into writing another check for $25,000.00 after convincing her that it was a very complex case. Approximately a month later Dibble told her the case could go Criminal which was an outright LIE and had her write another check for $30,000.00. I finally became aware of what was transpiring and put a stop payment on the $30,000.00 check and retained an honest attorney named Adam Militello who immediately sent Dibble a letter of termination and demanded a breakdown of Dibbles billing and any proof of work done on my wives behalf. Dibble resisted complying with ESQ. Militellos demands but eventually had no choice but to comply. We eventually received $16,000.00 back from the $40,000.00 Dibble swindled from my wife thanks to ESQ. Adam Militello. My wife filed a complaint shortly after with the Attorney Grievance Committee which is still investigating Dibbles handling of my wives predicament. They will determine whether Dibble should be charged with any misconduct and if so determined whether Dibble should be Censured, Suspended or Disbarred.

I've gone through both the buying and selling process now with Kevin Hoyt and the team at Gallo, and cannot say enough about how seamless they made the process. There were some title issues that came up when I was purchasing my property back in 2018 that were taken care of without my having to worry about it, and when it came time to sell - the team here had my property ready to close two weeks ahead of schedule. Kevin's assistant, Dianne, is who I worked with primarily on the sale process. She was able to answer all of my questions and find all the necessary documentation without my having to do much of anything. I can't say how meaningful it was, in the midst of a very fast relocation, to know that this was part of the moving process I didn't need to worry about. I fully recommend Gallo if you're moving to, from, or within Rochester and looking for an attorney. I retained them to look into money my deceased mother had in 2 bank accounts at M&T and KeyBank. Before she passed, she called me needing my SS# because she was heading to Gallo & Iacovangelo to have her will prepared. Both banks informed me I needed her Will to access any money. When I contacted Gallo & Iacovangelo they said they didn't have her will but could bypass it. This was December 2024. This should have been resolved either way in weeks. I was just informed by paralegal Paula Clark that she had no luck recovering any money. 16 months later for something that should have taken weeks!! When I would reach out to her requesting updates, I got no response. The only time she reached out was when she presented me with the bill for services rendered. To say I was livid is an understatement. Then I demanded twice in emails that she return my mother's bank account information as well as her ss#. After no response the first time. I informed her the second time that keeping that information was "theft". She then returned the documents. I will never do business with Gallo & Iacovangelo again!

My father had saved his whole life but had not planned for this step. Greg and his staff were great and planning out how to protect some of my dad's assets when they had not been on protected from the state/federal government. While we ended up not needing his true service as my father passed away unfortunately, fairly quickly, the real value came afterwards in splitting up assets between myself and my sibling. It had already been completed by Greg's team and made being executive of the estate extremely easy. I cannot imagine how difficult things would have been without Greg's help. Not only at the time of my father's death, but afterwords, and continually for over a year as questions arose. Never once did I feel like I was bothering them with the litany of questions I asked.
