The staff is always helpful and as a former soft serve server (way back in the day ) I appreciate that even with the longest lines they still are ready with a smile. When it comes to the actual ice cream, the selection is ridiculously good and there truly is something for everyone (sugar free, gluten free cones, vegan...etc).
