In this day and age, it is difficult to find companies or people that stand behind their work…read moreand/or product. Most companies are long on promises but short on follow through. Superior Pools is NOT one of those companies. We contracted with Superior Pools to build a new pool in our very small backyard. Dani, our designer, listened to our needs and provided a fantastic 3D drawing of our prospective pool. Once we signed off on the project and the permit was approved, work started very quickly. We were amazed at the punctuality and knowledge of the Superior work crews. They remained on schedule and completed the job on time, perhaps even a bit ahead of schedule. After the pool was built, Josh and Pat were willing to hold our hand through learning how to use our new equipment and clean our new pool. They made it easy for us to understand, so for that we are thankful. To us, having someone that stands behind their work and keeps their word on time and cost is priceless. Choosing to use Superior Pools was worth every penny. Thank you to everyone at Superior Pools for our amazing pool. Our family is going to enjoy it for years to come!

Their staff is amazing and we sat down with them and went over what we wanted in a pool, such as type and size as well as options. We settled on a Roman style pool with a single stage water fall. We also added a mermaid mosaic which gives the pool a nice touch. We opted for the Travertine natural stone pavers that look fantastic. At 30' x 14' the pool is just the right size for the backyard and there's plenty of room to entertain a large party. I can't say enough about their work crews, they worked fast, efficient and were very courteous and respectful. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a new pool. They took care of all permits, only one I had to get was the one from our HOA for the construction. Pool was completed in just over 30 days as they told us that we could expect the build to be about 35-45 days. Joe and Olivia were a pleasure to deal with and I recommend asking for them to anyone interested. We'll be starting the heater next week with the salt being added shortly after, just in time for the warm weather.

The work caused my fiberglass pool to fail and "pop," resulting in catastrophic damage. Although he initially agreed to reimburse me through small installment payments, he stopped making payments before repaying what he owed. I ultimately had to spend more than three times the original cost to have the pool properly repaired by a qualified contractor. Afterward, he claimed he had moved to Spain, making it even more difficult to recover my losses. My experience was costly, stressful, and extremely disappointing. I encourage anyone considering hiring this company to thoroughly verify licensing and do their research first.

We researched, spoke to friends about their experiences and got quotes from various companies for almost 2 years before going with this one. Billy gave us a quote (that was actually itemized), explained everything thoroughly & honestly, was super quick to return all my texts and phone calls and didn't ditch us as soon as we put a deposit down. He was there through the entire process ensuring we had everything we needed and responding to our messages right away. Our pool supervisor changed halfway through the process but the service didn't. They told us it would be about 6 months from dig to swimming and it was done in 5. No deceiving lies about getting things done faster, no issues that weren't immediately fixed, no half ass handy work, no stress. I would use Premier Pools again and again.

Our project remains incomplete, and we have experienced significant delays, poor communication, and concerns regarding workmanship. Over the course of this project, I have made multiple attempts to contact management, including Steve Mileski and Zach Zervaski, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and has made resolving issues very difficult. I am still hoping for a resolution and have requested contact from ownership or corporate management. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend the Fort Myers office. I will gladly update this review if Premier Pools & Spas takes meaningful steps to address these concerns.
