Multiple issues with our pool and unfortunately, when whoever was here one day never closed the screen door behind them it was not only propped open or open a little. It was fully extended with the metal pushed back. I let our two year-old cat out that's never been outside the lanai and within minutes she was gone. This Pool Company Is Run By Clowns, Major Problems With The Current Owner Vlad , Ex-Owner Frank, And Employee Nolan All Terrible !!!!!! First issue was During the recent cold spell they sent out email stating they were leaving pumps running 24/7 for the week, well 3-weeks later pump was still running 24/7 after multiple calls and multiple Techs onsite including Frank , they still could not get pump back to normal operation , then Frank claims the Timer Magically broke while they had pump on 24/7 ! TIMER WORKED FINE UNTIL THEY TOUCHED IT !!!! So Frank the genius comes over and says no worries your pump has built in timer i will just set that and no need for manual timer! Then next day pump is still on 24/7 Now Frank the genius is called to come back now i am told the pump timer does not work and need new mechanical timer $300 !!!! Again worked fine until they touched it !!! Now timer is changed out and the genius sets it to come on 11am and off 3pm What kind of pump cycle is that ? Now Pool 2 weeks ago is green and cloudy, but i receive my weekly email after tech leaves, stating my pool is now clean and Pristine !!!! How about far from it !!!! Nolan then comes back with some other tech and acomplishes nothing, the pool is filthy obviously he did not vacuum either , but he did manage to leave the pool cage door open and next morning we had a nice visitor of a 5-6' black snake in the pool cage !!!! Now i am being told Pool is on Chlorine Lock !!! How does a pool get on chlorine lock ? From improper maintenence and chemical imbalance !!!! So Now the Circus Clowns Tell me they need to drain 1/3 to 1/2 pool to fix it and the Ring Leader of the Circus Vlad actually asks me if i can handle draining the pool , are you for real !!! So Frank is back again to drain the pool and re-balance the chemicals this was on monday 3/30 its now friday 4/3 and pool still is cloudy And now the icing on the cake , Today is our scheduled service and Nolan comes out go service the pool and once again leaves the pool cage door open and now our Cat got out and is now missing !!!! Over promise, under delivered. I gave Pristine Pool Services many chances to correct their issues. I just wanted a clean pool and my equipment maintained. After all, that is what I was paying for. They changed my tech Dani to a horrible one. Then sent a new tech that was even worse and said he was new, and so on. If you are looking for your pool water to be swished around, your equipment to be ignored then hire Pristine Pool Services. I hate complaining and it takes a lot for me to do so. But week after week of not getting what is remotely on their weekly service, then it is time to move on. I cannot recommend Pristine Pool Services. Save your money. read more

The service from this company is terrible as the employee who cleans my pool never does his job, the bottom of my pool is extremely dirty every time and I asked them twice to use the pool vacuum and they never did, The iron screws were left at the bottom of the swimming pool for too long and caused permanent rust marks. This was caused because they did not clean the bottom of the swimming pool in time. I think their staff are very lacking in knowledge and professionalism about swimming pools, so I have to stop using it. their services read more

They started off with a Big Bang and talked about how much pride they take in pools, but their service got worse and worse as time went on. Our pool never had any stains in the bottom until they started taking care of it. I recently found out it's because they weren't sweeping/ brushing it well enough. Also, we called to see why they weren't vacuuming the pool when it clearly had been a month since the last time and they said it would be the following week, then when that next week came around, the cleaner said it was storming, so he couldn't vacuum again. If that was my customer complaining, I would make it a point to vacuum that pool the that week, rain or shine, and pick a day that wasn't storming, because there were 4 other nice days to choose from that week. Six weeks is a long time to not vacuum a pool, and that's what happened. We had friends over and they asked who cleaned our pool and said, you need to change, it looks like crap, dirt all over the bottom! We stopped the service the next day. If Pristine Pools cared about our business they would have asked why, but their reply was, "sorry to hear that, thanks for letting us know you are leaving".
