We ordered the Dr. Wellness G-6 Tranquility Series 6 person spa and it was delivered to our home in 9 weeks from order date. We had it delivered to the store and Keith arranged the delivery to our home an hour and half away. The delivery persons completely unpacked and put in place, all we had to do was get the electrician to finish hooking it up. Besides being a great looking spa, the jets pressure are amazing. Even though it's just the two of us, this 6 person spa gives us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the different jets. It has colored lights that give a nice ambience in the evening and bluetooth speakers that produce good sound. It's well made, easy to use and very comfortable, I love the lounger. Every year upon our return as we…read moreare snowbirds, we would find that our pool guy had piled up some of the new smaller tiles that fell off from the upper edge of the pool on a counter in the lenai. The first year we came back in the fall, I called and almost every year, I would call about this and every year, we would get the run around from this company. A few times, they did come out and inspect and the one year, gave us a list of issues that they felt were the problem. I hired a professional contractor to come in and do his inspections and he stated that there were no problems with what the original pool contractor pointed out. No ground sinkage, no under deck voids and that we had enough height, approx. 15 feet, compared to the man made lake that we live beside that is always at a controlled level. I agree that the issue is with how the pool was built years ago, but these "professionals" just ignored these facts and did not tell us up front that these possible problems might occur after they were finished. Their way around this is a small print addition to the bottom of their contract that states that the warranty for tiles falling off is only 1 year. HAD they advised us about the issues around how the pool was built, we would not be here today as we would have been fully informed and made our decision on the refinish job around this. I got the BBB involved as a mediator and even with them, the contractor will not deal with this issue even though they stated that they would work with us on this. I was told at one point that we would be paying again. Now, it's another issue because they say that they do not have any matching tiles. So now, here again for another year, I will have to reattach the small tiles to the pool wall with a bathroom clear silicone. What a JOKE! In my BBB complaint, the owner responded that he did the job in 2014/15 which is correct. He also refutes my claim by stating that I only initially complained to them in 2021 which is totally false. I do have my old day timers where I write in the days notes for calls and appointments for every year since I have been in business, which I do keep for issues like these to be able to prove my side. I guess that he is just trying to discredit me and make himself look like he took the high road and that I am someone who expects a lifetime warranty. As with other complaints that I read here on this site as well as other web sites, he seems to always lay the blame on someone or something else, other than the workmanship that they put out. BEWARE!
