Also, a machine to create a laundry member card for washing/ drying machines. The soda machine was refreshing. A large TV was great to keep people entertained while waiting for their laundry to finish. Staff were friendly and helpful to all patrons. I was able to wash all my clothing without any problems. I used my own debit card to pay for all the machines used. Some people brought their dirty laundry to the rear to be washed, folded, or hung up. I encourage you to look at my photos.

They also called to make sure I was using a container that would keep everything together for the sake of their drivers which I thought was sweet. They sent someone to pick the order up from my house, washed everything, folded it, and got it back to me even quicker than my usual service! It was a little more than I was expecting but admittedly that's my fault because I didn't check to see how much I put in the hamper. Plus when they sent me my clothes back not a thing was missing and they sent along a little toy! It's a small golden egg with a disco ball and a little poem about laundry inside which I thought was really cute. My kitten loved the egg and has been whacking it around the house since. All in all, great service, great people. Thank you so much!

And they checked off all of my necessities and wants. The machines were mold free, the facility was bug and roach free, the dryers worked and didn't eat a whole in my pockets to get my garments dry. That savings alone puts this place at high value to me. Although there's a dryer and washer I have my eye on that I wouldn't use again but that's typical washer soap opera stuff. Bonus: they don't have that rule where you can't do this or that like you can't just dry only or you can't wash pillows etc. As long as you're not damaging the machine and overloading it you're good to go And the staff although they are serious looking in the face, they are kind and willing to assist if asked & they will try to answer your request. Folks here tend to look out for each other--like letting someone use the leftover minutes on a washer or dryer instead of wasting them. The machines work great if you use them the way they're meant to--just remember to give your loose articles an extra spin to make sure everything's fully dry. All in all, it feels like a real community laundromat where people are nice if you're nice. Can't ask for more than that.

I was able to unload and reload my clothes with out any foolishness. Cons: when you ask how much is the wash/dry/fold service they tell you $1.25/lb of clothes. However they don't tell you it's a 10 lb minimum charge even if the clothes aren't 10 lbs. They also charge you around $5 per load for water. Which brings the total to around $2.00/lb. Why not just charge $2/lb? OR have it posted in writing in the facility OR make sure the attendants communicate the service charges when customers inquire about the prices? I've used this service on and off since 2013. When I was still living in an apt and didn't have my washer/dryer connections yet and just recently when my washing machine bit the dust at my house. I was informed that the washateria was under new ownership because previous trips did not have all the extra service charges.
