I appreciate the space and the type of machines it has but honestly it is absurd the new regulation…read morethat was put in the laundry I understand that it is a public "Laundry" at the service of citizens, to use a washing machine and a dryer according to my needs but a lady who works here has taken out the clothes of my newborn baby that I come to dry obviously as a father and with a lot of sacrifice I bought a washing machine to wash only and exclusively her clothes and I only come to dry her clothes But she in her ideals that she has says that the dryers are only for those who come to wash! I don't understand this type of regulation and whose idea it was. I clarify that I come here to wash and dry my clothes and the only one I come to dry is my baby's, they should take this into account that I imagine that it has not only happened to me and as it bothers me I suppose many people too, The person who took me out of the laundry is the lady who speaks Spanish and English. Thanks a lot

The attendants were helpful; other than a few dryer sheets on the floor, the facility was clean and I was glad to see a bathroom was available if needed. There are four vending machines available for use. If you forget to bring your own laundry detergent, there is a vending machine. A bill-to-bill machine to break large bills into smaller ones. Also, a machine to create a laundry member card for washing/ drying machines. The soda machine was refreshing. A large TV was great to keep people entertained while waiting for their laundry to finish. Staff were friendly and helpful to all patrons. I was able to wash all my clothing without any problems. I used my own debit card to pay for all the machines used. Some people brought their dirty laundry to the rear to be washed, folded, or hung up. I encourage you to look at my photos.

Long post alert! I…read morewent to take my birthday pictures today and decided on a laundromat concept. After searching on Yelp for the most aesthetic laundromat in New Orleans, Holy Sheets came up as #1...and once I saw the photos, I already knew this was the one. The floors alone sold me! I also had an oversized blanket to wash, so I figured I could kill two birds with one stone. When I arrived, I sat and waited for my photographer, then went to ask a staff member a question about starting my wash. That's when she let me know photos weren't allowed, but she offered to check with the owner. A few minutes later, he arrived (I hate that I can't remember his name), greeted customers, and then came over to speak with me. I explained it was for my birthday shoot, and he kindly let me know it was a busy time and he didn't want to make other customers uncomfortable, but he offered to schedule another time for us to come back. Very respectful and professional. Of course, with a scheduled shoot, we couldn't really pivot like that, so I thanked him and started making other plans. BUT then...he came back and said we could go ahead and take pictures, just to be mindful of customers and stay on one side. That meant so much! Even though people naturally started moving into that area (lol), we made it work, and he was super accommodating the entire time. I really appreciated that level of kindness and flexibility. Now let's talk about the space, this laundromat is BEAUTIFUL, if laundromats can be beautiful lol. Clean, bright, and very well-maintained. The floors? Stunning. The machines were all in working order, plenty of baskets available, and I love that they offer full-service wash and fold options too. What stood out the most was the customer service. He greeted people as they came in, listened attentively to customers, and created a welcoming environment. Overall, such a great experience. Thank you for being a part of making my birthday special!
