Never provide receipt even after cash or card paiement not only this time. All the time. Two weeks ago, I bought an air bar mint. As I do everytime i opened after I bought it in the front of the store. This one wasn't working at all. So I went back to the store trying to explain to the owner that my puff didn't work. He started to yell at me, telling me that I was trying to steal from him and he was going to sue me for that ! He was very agressif about it while in my entire life I never stole anything, always been an honest person. I was what ???? I even show him the number of the box and the puffs pen that they were the same that I'm sure he didn't knew about it !! Man I just came back to show you that it didn't work. Then I told him that I will go to the police station because of his behavior and that actually he was trying to steal my money by selling me that puff. End story : he gave me a new one after I told him I will go to the police station. (obviously yelling and screaming on the top of his lungs.) and telling me to never go back to this which was obvious after that miserable behavior. I actually came back today to buy the product, the owner asked for my ID, suddenly, right away the product disappear and you told me " I don't sale them anymore " Amazingly, I sent two friends, one before and one after. Magically, he sold them the product. So nope, I'm not a scammer. HE literally rejected AND REFUSE me to buy one of his product.. Customer service = ZERO.

Decided it was worth the 25 minute drive to go scope it out since I've been on the hunt to find such a place nearer to me in Westchester without luck. Their location was easy to find and street parking readily available The store itself was pleasant, well lit, and fully as well as professionally merchandised. I received excellent assistance & info from the sales associate (sorry forgot his name) on the floor who gave me a tour of their edible assortment. It's important to mention that all products carried at Hush are made in the state of NY so this obviously helps support our local economy. I decided on a couple of different brands of full spectrum sleep inducing cannabis gummies. My transaction was easy & painless, although please be aware that Hush only takes cash & debit cards. Luckily l was prepared having perused their website prior to my visit. During my checkout I discussed with the associate whether they carried cannabis coffee beans and was pleasantly surprised and very thankful when he gifted me a product sample they are thinking of stocking. All in all I came away very satisfied with my experience at Hush and definitely plan to return in the future. I "highly" recommend this establishment for those of you (either expert or novice like me) who are interested in exploring the brave new world of legal cannabis retail.
