I'd lost my…read moree-cigarette and had to buy another. this shop didn't have much of a selection, but i was desperate. i asked if there was a vape shop nearby, but the owner said there was none (the Glass Room, I found out later, is 1/2 block away). I was nervous about buying the $55 e-cig kit they had, because he told me they didn't know anything about the companies (struck me odd - why wouldn't you do your due diligence for your customers?) but he told me if there was a problem, to bring it back. Well, there was a problem. Within 12 hours, the damn thing broke. I called the shop, and he told me to bring it in - which I did so, immediately. The problem? when I arrived, it was someone else . And this person, didn't give a damn - at all. And, he was the owner. When I informed him what happened, he simply said, "NO refunds or exchanges". "What!!?? I spent $60! Last NIGHT!! Only 16 hours ago!" . Without looking up from his newspaper, he pointed to a partially obscured, crudely written "No refunds, No exchanges" sign in black magic marker fastened to the counter by a thumb tack. If the stool in which he was sitting was any more right, he would've had to have moved for me to be able to see the 8 x 10 sign. "Are you kidding me?" I said. "Have a nice day", he said. "I assume that's a joke?" Seriously? Would you buy anything from this place???
