I have just been verbally abused by the owners and watched them while they verbally abuse their own son and the poor lady behind the counter who were both close to tears!! They have a sign up in the shop they they won't tolerate abusive customers and will call the police yet it is acceptable for them to take 2hrs to deliver stone cold food which is then taken back and they then refuse to refund and then be abusive to the customer, their own son and the counter assistant to the point I have had to call the police and will be reporting them to trading standards! DO NOT ORDER FROM PEKING EXPRESS, The food is horrible, the chicken is uncooked and when I phoned to complain after waiting well over an hour, she said the food is poor because I went out of my house to my Friends house and missed the delivery, when in fact I never left my house, the customer service is terrible from the lady who answered the phone.
