I have just been verbally abused by the owners and watched them while they verbally abuse their own…read moreson and the poor lady behind the counter who were both close to tears!! They have a sign up in the shop they they won't tolerate abusive customers and will call the police yet it is acceptable for them to take 2hrs to deliver stone cold food which is then taken back and they then refuse to refund and then be abusive to the customer, their own son and the counter assistant to the point I have had to call the police and will be reporting them to trading standards! Where is this ever acceptable. Please a) avoid and b) share
