Let's just talk about my Pei Wei experience tonight. I ordered my food online- no problems there. I got to the store and they had my food ready, seemed easy enough. I asked the girl if she could check that my rewards number was used- she said she would be happy to. Meanwhile, the expo girl came up behind her and told her to stop because it would work. The original person helping me said it wasn't a problem to double check. Then as I was leaving, I asked the expo girl if everything was there or if there was another bag. With an eye roll, she told me it was all there. However, when I got home, I had two orders of lettuce wrap filling but no lettuce and no sauce. Already annoyed with the expo girl's attitude, I drove back to get the rest of my order. The general manager, Nathan, was at the front now and immediately told me that he had just gotten off of the phone with my husband who wouldn't stop yelling at him. Beyond the inappropriateness of that comment and his refusal to apologize for his staff messing up the order, he was snarky and rude. This all happened just now, at 7:00 pm on March 30th. Normally, I don't care about one bad night. It happens. But this is a common occurrence at this particular Pei Wei. I've been to this chain in Arizona and other states and have never experienced the constant ineptness and lack of professionalism that the Rogers store displays. It was the rudeness of the expo girl and Nathan, the general manager, however, that made this particular instance worthy of a bad review. In fact, I would have gone with negative stars. read more

The staff was fine, but this chain has really gone downhill over the years. The new menu is more expensive with less food. I spent almost $15 for a simple entre with a soft drink. I thought I would give it one more chance, but I don't plan to go back. Some of their sauces taste like they came right out of a bottle and not fresh, as in most Asian restaurants. Sorry to see this restaurant (and probably chain) go downhill, given the fact that it has an amazing location. read more

I don't know what happened to this place but it has been absolutely awful the past few times I've eaten here. The chicken has tasted like rubber recently and the rice bowls are just not tasting like Pei Wei rice bowl should taste. Not to mention they never answer the phone to take a carry out order and online order is never available. Corporate management needs to step in and evaluate how systems and processes are being executed and make corrective action before this restaurant crumbles to the ground. read more

Where to begin. The kids chicken meal we ordered had steak instead of chicken (even the receipt said chicken) and there was no juice that was supposed to go with it. My shrimp pad Thai had more tofu in it than shrimp not to mention a piece of chicken and steak in it. The egg rolls were cold. This was after waiting longer than being told and witnessing a total dysfunctional take out scene with most customers looking visibly ticked off. This is the second bad experience in a row. Not happy with our experience. My wife and I received carry out the other night. When we got home my wife and I was eating our orange chicken and my wife notice that she had a piece of raw chicken in her food. My wife is also pregnant. So when we went back up there they said they were sorry and asked my wife could they make her another. She politely said no thank you and they said ok we will refund your money. We bought two things of orange chicken and they wanted to refund only one of the orders of orange chicken instead of refunding the both orders. And they gave us some free donut things for our trouble. No credits for anything or even refund the whole order. I will never go back. Raw chicken is a dangerous thing. Especially if your pregnant. Terrible customer service. This is my first review because of this terrible service and raw chicken. Make sure you chicken is cooked. read more

Took 25 minutes to get food with no one else in the building and the food arrived cold. Horrible pei wei and I usually love this chain.

There was a miscommunication with my order and I didn't end up getting vegetables with my order. I just asked for some vegetables to put on top, but they replaced the entire order instead. Very excellent service and great food! read more

I love how fresh the food tastes and how fast you can get the food. They have great customer service and I have never had a bad experience when I eat here and when we bring new people to try it the are always down to come with us again. If you are ever in the mood for good Chinese food this is the place to go read more

The menus offers a good choice of combinations, which is nice. You can tweak the dish to adapt it to your desire. However, the food itself I not exceptional... only alright. It is an open kitchen which is always a good challenge for the cook and a guarantee of cleanliness. read more

After hearing friends rave about this place, my daughter and I finally decided to give it a try. We walked in, placed our order about 5 mins later to someone who barely looked up from the screen. We waited a good 25 mins to get our to go order. One of the supervisors noticed we had been sitting awhile and went to check but never came back. Finally got the food and headed home, the smells were wonderful so our mouths were watering. Daughter got the chicken chow mein. It's really tasty! I got the chicken pad Thai. Talk about disappointment! It tasted burnt and flavorless but you could feel the burn of the spice. Not even adding lime and soy sauce helped this dish. Overall, I give 2 stars because the service was lackluster at best. I'll be back to try something else but definitely not the pad Thai again. read more

Pad Thai, lol. Took the Chile "ramen" off the menu and replaced it with microwave rice noodles paired with a sauce that may very well have been squeezed from the bottom of the days garbage bag. You're better than this! Or at least you used to be.. read more

This is the first free standing Pei Wei that I have ever eaten at. For those who don't know, Pei Wei is PF Chang's quick serve restaurant. Same great food and a nice fresh concept. As always, their sweet and sour chicken is perfect...not too sweet and very fresh. read more

The best Chinese in nwa next to pf Chang's but I don't want to spend $40 every time I want Chinese. The Chinese in Fayetteville is horrible and it gets worse the farther you drive north west. So long story short, pei wei's Chinese is the best according to price and taste. The have a lot to figure out. The lady up front taking orders is rude and doesn't know the menu. You have to ask twice if you need anything there. I guess they are trying to figure everything out. With all that said I will be back. read more

I wanted to love it but the food was inedible and expensive. $32 for 4 egg rolls and 2 orders of chicken teriyaki that went in the garbage. Something vinagery soaked, greasy egg rolls and chicken teriyaki that wasn't. Cold, fried, tasteless, no sauce. Cauliflower rice was crunchy, watery and also cold. Disappointed for sure. read more

It is now 7:27 PM, walked in, placed to go order 30 minutes ago (6:57 PM) and we are still waiting for our food. Definitely not a good choice if you are looking for a quick "To Go" order. Fast service and delicious food. We tried the sesame chicken with noodles and Kung Pao shrimp sushi roll and the flavors were wonderful on both. The regular size entree is large enough to split with a friend so that's a plus, but I wasn't a fan that the sesame chicken was just placed on top of plain noodles-- I would prefer for them to toss the chicken, sauce and noodles together. The other downside is you have to pay for premium sides like noodles and all proteins are an additional $1.99. read more

Excellent customer service! Nothing was wrong, but just the overall attitude and customer care that the employees had toward all of the customers was just awesome. And of course the food was great!! I've eaten here a couple of times now. What I like is the ability to order something customized and that it is made-to-order. The prices are on-point. What I do not like: the seating is slightly uncomfortable and the atmosphere is loud and reminiscent of a cafeteria. I will be back, as the food was good-- this is an Americanized adaptation of Chinese (this is not a bad thing, just calling it what it is). I usually get the Mongolian Beef. Very crispy and sweet. This place has really gone downhill from when it finally first opened. We went before the Thirty Seconds to Mars concert. I was a little concerned when we walked through the door and the floor looked disgusting. There was food all over it, and the soda area looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a while. I wiped off the table we sat at myself because there was still pieces of food on it. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with extra vegetables. While my husband and waited for food, We saw three tables send their food back. When we received our food, there were three very small pieces of chicken in the bowl and about a quarter portion of vegetables. With so many other good restaurants in NWA, we will not be going back. read more

Tonight was my first time eating there it was 30 for two people. I had the lettuce wraps and my wife had sweet and sour chicken. She could not eat hers very bland and tasted like it was frozen and reheated with very little sauce setting on a bed of not sure soggy mess. Lettuce wraps were just ok had a burnt taste. Needless to say won't go back there but just my opinion. read more

Awesome restaurant with great food and atmosphere. My husband and I ate there for the first time last Saturday and will definitely be going back. I picked up my usual lunch today from this location, 2 gluten free chicken salad rolls. Unfortunately, the rolls were not edible. The wrapper was so stale I could barely bite through the roll. These rolls are usually plump and juicy, but these rolls had been rolled so thin the wrap was doubled up on one complete side. I took one bite of each roll and had to throw them out. I tried to call the restaurant to let them know there was a problem, but after holding for 10 minutes waiting on the manager, I gave up. Won't eat here again! read more

I was a bit disappointed in the food. The rice under my orange chicken was dry and the dish had no sauce on it - just the tiny bit on the chicken. The pork egg roll had a large piece of gristle in the meat. There were four in our party an the other three said that their food was good but not over the top. The hot and sour soup was very good. The prices were high for a fast food place. If I am paying that much for food,, I would like to have table service and not eat with plastic forks. Everything tastes so great.. I ordered the sesame chicken . Subd the rice for salad. Asked for extra sauce on the side and steam cook my chicken They got my order right and it tasted awesome. They also gave double dressing for my salad. It was big enough for two meals. Service is friendly and prompt. Will go again! read more

Ordered carry-out online. Ordering from their site was easy, and the food was ready on time. It was just ok, though. Definitely not my favorite. We got two small orders, and the portions were good sized. Both dishes (chicken fried rice and shrimp lo mein) had a sweet flavor I didn't care for. We also got two vegetable spring rolls. They were crispy, but I didn't like their flavor either. They came with a spicy dipping sauce, and I didn't like it at all. It had a chemical cleaner taste. I don't know what causes that chemical taste, but it's some spice or herb that is fairly common in Asian foods, and I've encountered it before. Some may like it, but I don't. There were no fortune cookies with our order. Maybe this restaurant just doesn't do fortune cookies, but I missed them. Overall, it was a disappointing meal, and I don't think we'll order from there again. read more
