My first & last time to try P.F. Changs. The Food was dry & bland. More rice than food & I Paid extra for brown rice & of course did not receive. I cannot even begin to explain the egg drop soup. Perfectly average chain restaurant. The staff was pleasant and friendly albeit we had some smaller oversights for our group of 7, but we were taken care of. The orders were accurate but nothing outstanding. Portion sizes were good but overall on the pricy side for what it was. I had the Mongolian beef with lo mein. It was surprisingly mild in flavor, I expected a lot more heat. The lo mein was good but oddly devoid of any vegetables. The margarita was delightful. read more

in years gone by when we lived in MO/KS we always did carry out Chinese for New Year's Eve staying home staying safe! since moving to AR we choose PF Chang's always great food and friendly staff- they are always busy so we often make reservations but they always take care of us in a timely manner and more times than not the manager is out on the floor checking with each table to be sure needs were met! I know most happy people don't take the time to post reviews but it's hardly fair that only unhappy customers let everyone know about whatever makes them unhappy! we love PF Chang's read more

I love Kung Poao Chicken and almost always order it at Chinese restaurants. I ordered it at P.F.Chang's and it was different to say the least than any Kung Pao Chicken I have ever eaten. The sauce was heavy and nothing like Kung Pao Chicken. I would not recommend it to anyone. Thumbs down!!!!! read more

Decided to get out of town for a few hours. Decide to give PF Chang's a try. Wait was 10 minutes, and then we were seated. Waitress was prompt to get our drink orders, and we got some pan-fried dumplings. Drinks and dumplings came out quickly. Then I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken, and my wife ordered Chang's spicy chicken. The Pad Thai wasn't bad. Good flavor, but the chicken was dry. The spicy chicken wasn't really spicy. Good seasoning and flavors, but just not spicy. Waitress was great until good came, then had to stop another staff member to get refills. We will be back some day I'm sure. read more

Where to start. The decor is very nice. It's in pinnacle Promenade a very pretty place. The service was good. We were seated quickly. Our server was efficient and nice. Then came the food. It was horrible. It was beyond horrible. Three out of the four guest had gastric issues. One of them had to run to a gas station on the way home. I got the Singapore noodles and they tasted gross. When visiting Pinnacle PF Chang's is our standard tradition. We like to go when it's hopefully not too crowded and sit at the bar, although this can be a bit unpredictable. The atmosphere is great, the service is friendly and the food we get goes well with a couple of cocktails (not too full, but not too little). It's a great place to take a break from shopping for a refresh! More on the full dinner side, some of the food choices aren't really my fav, but I can always count on sushi and fried rice no matter what! read more

First time, I think. Fantastic food all the way around! Good service, Not too long of a wait. Went on a Saturday night and the place was packed (typical promenade traffic) and noisy. The Chinese food here was a bit different than I had expected: some things taste traditional (or generic) such as the broccoli beef, but whoa they do use some good quality tasting beef... We noticed everyone seemed to be having the lettuce wraps so we tried those. Very good ground beef and sauce! Egg roll were also excellent. In addition to the above average egg rolls and broccoli beef we enjoyed Mongolian Beef (good but I thought the Broccoli Beef was better) And Pepper Steak. Overall fantastic higher end Chinese food dining experience, I do with they had a been more on the menu, and had some of the more adventurous things like seafood soups, hot pots, etc. Next time we go, we will ask to add more vegetables to the entrees (green onion isn't much) Oh and make sure to order the fried rice, its notably better than most places, well seasoned and quite buttery with egg. read more

Portion size for dinner take out is too small. $26+ for Mongolian beef to go container looks like a lunch portion. I remember the take out came in 2 container ( rice ) and ( meat) separated. Quality and quantity went down but price is higher. If you're going to increase the price then that should cover the quality and quantity issue. No more! read more

Every time we come home we make it a point to go to the Pinnacle PF Changs with family. This time was once again a great experience. Our waitress had the same name as me which was neat. We had a tricky time getting our wine bottle open but it turned out well. Should have asked what they did with the bum bottles haha. Food was hot and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. One of our favorites to enjoy safe Gfree meals! Some of our favorites include the Chang's Spicy chicken, the beef with broccoli and for sure the lettuce wraps! The app was a great experience, easy and quick. From the time it took me to down load the app to placing the order was less that 8 min! We arrived and walked around the promenade for about 5 minutes and then picked up our dinner. We ordered the family meal for four and had plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Hopefully next time we will get to sit inside and enjoy but for now we will go home and enjoy a family meal in our PJ's. Thanks for making dinner easy for us tonight P.F. Chang's! read more

We have been regular (and happy) patrons of PF Changs in Rogers for a number of years. Tonight, we have learned that unfortunately their quality has changed and not for the better. The Honey Chicken was largely small pieces of breading without any chicken, the Broccoli Chicken offered less Broccoli than before and most of it was brown; while I could name more issues with the food, I will just say to think twice before choosing what used to be a great restaurant. read more

Man, this is just disappointing for one of our go-to restaurants. If I wanted my kids to drive-through quality chicken, I would've taken them to... I literally can't think of a place that offers lower quality than the chicken included in our honey chicken meals tonight. This used to be (maybe 2 months ago?) big fluffy traditional honey chicken. Maybe 4 or 5 pieces for kids. But We ordered their honey chicken tonight, and they changed the product - it was like remarkably dried out popcorn chicken and with more popcorn than chicken. The fried spring rolls were tasty, but just oozed grease. Orange chicken had a mealy texture. None of the sweetness usually associated with orange chicken. Had only one dressing for salad. Disappointing Caesar type that tasted like it was out of a bottle. Server was cordial and prompt. Music was too loud. We drove 90 miles round trip to just try this place. I have always heard rave reviews about how P.F's the the " quintessential be all end all upscale Asian restaurants." Sure the place looks great; giant murals on the walls, huge statues and lovely decor. So I guess if you are just going for the experience sure pretty cool, but that's it. I'm not kidding when I say your local grocery store has better Kung Pow. 3 star food 4 star ambiance, but just realize you are paying premium prices for that ambiance. If you want to go for just the experience get the salad; seems like that's what a lot of people around us was doing. read more

We have always enjoyed PF Changs esp the Mongolian beef. They have changed how they serve lunch and we won't do that again. Rice used to be on the side with the beef and sauce separate. Now in one bowl with lots of rice and no sauce at all. Pretty bland and sad. read more
