I cannot talk about the ambiance as I only ever go through the Drive Thru, but when it comes to the food I have to say Jade China does a great job at very reasonable prices. The portions are big and everything is freshly cooked. They seem to get orders prepared quickly and they never forget the napkins, forks etc. read more

The customer service was very poor. The lady was not patient with me at the drive thru as I was translating options on the menu for my mother in law. So, we went inside to place our order. When we ordered, the same lady told us to take a seat in a very rude, demanding tone. Disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. I will not be back. read more

Jade China is a Springdale original. It's been around longer than I've been alive (25+ years). Containers are always overflowing, prices are better than most. That said, this place is terrible. I saw one review this place has been shut down for health violations and I 100% believe that to be true. This place looks like it could be completely infested with cockroaches and has not been cleaned on the inside.. ever. I've come a few times over the years and it's always just "okay". A convenience when you don't want fast food. That said, tonight will be my last time after having raw chicken in my meal. Ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan. It was HEAVILY mushroom. There were two baby corns, two snow peas, three small water chestnut slices, and the rest was mushrooms and chicken bits. The chicken is very questionable in what part of the chicken it actually was and a larger piece was raw (attached pic, kinda hard to tell). As others mention, I've gotten the regular cashew chicken which has a very slimey, reddish sauce. The sauce on the Moo Goo Gai Pan was also rather smiley compared to others I've had. Also got two egg rolls... they were odd tasting and the meat was definitely.. paste. They're def frozen and fried, not homemade. Kinda mushy. Pretty blah. Side note - as of November 2021, they are still drive thru only. I do appreciate they have a drive thru (and you don't have to call ahead). read more

One of the worst Chinese restaurant in the USA. They cook with a red sauce? Not sure what is about. The sauce smells fruity. I tried this place a few times before giving up on it. Have been here several times while traveling for work. I always order online and pick up in the drive thru and have no issues. The food is always fresh and flavorful. The crab Rangoon are my favorite from any place. And the portion sizes - OMG - I literally could eat on one plate for several days. read more

Knowing that we are in a crisis, local businesses need us as much as we need them. For our Sunday lunch we went through the drive thru window got sweet and sour chicken and Hunan Chicken. Drove a couple of blocks to Murphy Park and enjoyed a great lunch, a beautiful day, and practiced social distancing. Yes there were other people at the park but no one was closer than 30 feet to us. Crab rations probably the best around it's not just the wonton wrapper stuffed with cream cheese and few flakes of imitation crab meat. They reduced the cream cheese to wrapper ratio and added something other flavor that makes it so good. Also can't go wrong with the chicken lo mein. I was in the area for an event and wanted something quick to go. Since I also had my kids I was looking for a Chinese restaurant with a drive thru. This one came up as the closest one by us. As I drove up, I was already turned off by the run down building that is an eye sore. However, I didn't want to find another restaurant. To my surprise, most items are still very affordable, under $10 for an order. I ordered the chefs special lo mein, sesame chicken with white rice, beef and broccoli with white rice. The total came to $29.05 and we received heaping amounts of food in the to go boxes. The looks of the food wasn't very appetizing. First bite into each wasn't any wow factor at all. The chefs special lo mein had some shrimp in there that tasted heavily of ammonia - an indication of spoiled seafood. If you want cheap mediocre American Chinese food then the price for the amount of food might be justifiable. Don't expect good food though. read more

I have only ever gotten their family style fried rice and egg rolls. I'm not a big Chinese food fan when it comes to branching out and trying new foods, but their fried rice and egg rolls never disappoint. Friendly staff and they always give you nice portions for a small price. I've tried their crab ragoons a few times and they can be hit or miss. Sauce that comes with it is yummy but I don't think they use the same cream cheese brand each time. That's why I can tell a difference. But that's just me. My husband loves them no matter what! read more

I have gone to Jade China for years, they have the best chicken fried rice! But Thursday I went there and got sweet and sour pork, and Mongolian Beef, they have new items on the menu so I don't know if it's under new management or not but the food was FANTASTIC, it was fresh, and tender, the beef and pork were top quality not just hunks of gristle like so many places. Food isn't the top quality Chinese food in the world but it's by far a lot better than other places around town. I don't get why people are complaining, a lot of dishes are under 7 bucks and you get a full box of food. I got the lomein for the kids and it was more than enough and lasted 2 days for the kids to eat. Mongolian Beef box is full to the max as well. Ordered pot stickers and cashew chicken. The pot stickers were pretty good. They were cooked well, not especially tasty but edible. But the cashew chicken was not good. The "sauce" was a slimy consistency and odd flavor. I am not sure which part of the bird that meat came from but I didn't recognize it as any chicken part I have seen before.
