We had some damage to our metal siding after we had some work done by a landscaping company. Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!

I got an insulation person out and he said there was plenty of venting available for a fan. Then a large estimate came and it also said I had to get an Electrical permit. After learning how to get a permit and paying $25.01 for it I send multiple texts to Jamie and waited for a response. I finally had to email him to get a response. The last email he changed his mind! He suggested "I recommend having a mechanical company--whoever did your furnace and AC--take a look to see if they have a better solution" I thought the customer was right when asking for something I've done before that I know works. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me a lot sooner! No very happy with this company.

We requested a bid for repairs to two rooms. They sent a water mitigation contractor which was not…read moreneeded as that had already been handled. They then sent another technician who was supposed to handle a bid for the repairs needed. I asked if they needed to send another contractor after this one, they stated they did not. After even MORE time, they stated that they needed to send another contractor to get a bid. Particularly, a specialist for repairs that we did not need. After being grilled for information that the company itself should possess (who was the previous manager I spoke with, for instance) I asked for a bid AGAIN. Then the excuses started: They could not locate the two contractors' records, they needed to know who the last manager I spoke with was (because somehow they don't even have this in their own records), and they could not complete the work for the indeterminate future. Why not tell us any of this weeks before? Because they probably have more work than they have contractors to handle them. So they string clients along and see which ones they actually want to pursue for maximum profit. And yes, this is one of the behaviors that has been seen multiple times in the past with different contractors: 1. Ignore request for bid 2. Create an outrageously expensive bid 3. String along and make excuses until the client gives up This is the absolute opposite of good customer service.
