He kept me informed as to when he and his partner would arrive on Saturday and then proceeded to explain exactly what the installation of my dishwasher entailed. He and his partner were neat and efficient. When the installation was completed, David carefully explained how it works and how to get the best performance from this appliance. We needed a new gas wall oven and we have limited space for that..The new oven was different in length so we had to have the Peerless guys come out and do that...Very happy with they work, on time very clean clean up taking old oven and packing from the new oven..these guys know what they are doing ..We have used them for many years... read more

They were on-time and did a great job installing my cooktop even though they have to change my counter and change the shape of my drawers. I would definitely recommend and will use them again. I was referred to Peerless Group by Pacific Sales to install my new Kitchen Aid gas cooktop. David and his crew from Peerless arrived in the promised 3-hour time frame (he even gave me a 20 minutes "heads up" before arrival to ensure I would be home). They lay down covers and rugs to protect my counters and kitchen floor and did a wonderful job cutting my tile (my old cooktop was smaller) and installing the new cooktop. They cleaned up beautifully and were very professional. I would definitely use David and his crew again! read more

This company is owned by Pacific Sales. While I have no complaint about their installation service the arrangement with Pacific, Best Buy, and Peerless and how they add on install kits, extra stuff etc is kind of scam. THEY don't fully disclose the additional charges. read more

This group was on the pacific sales list of Installers. They installed my over the range microwave. You pay for professionals to do the job right the first time and they did! Andy and Tony were quick. They put down protection so my range was safe and clean and they cleaned up after so the kitchen was cleaner than when they arrived. read more

Referred to this company by pacific sales who quoted me a $90 basic installation fee. When calling for an appointment these guys decided to try to add on a $50 "inconvenience fee" because it wasn't a home. I explained to them they would have a parking spot and an elevator to the 4th floor but it didn't seem to matter. I cancelled the installation and went another route. read more

They were Horrible!!!! While they were here installing my microwave above my stove they were looking all over my house and garage and making comments of things i had. I had my dad and sister here and they felt the same way . They were unprofessional, trying to hustle for other jobs to do, charging me extra charges to drill holes in the way( is'nt why they are there....to install) and the MOST IMPORTANT felt like they were going to come back at a different time and try to steal. Hard to tell if these guys can do a good job. Because they're in Orange County, and I'm in Los Angeles County they refuse to schedule an AM appointment. As it was explained by the supervisor, Jennifer, even though their installers are employees of Peerless, they will not "inconvenience" the installer by making their first appointment of the day in Los Angeles---even if the customer is willing to schedule it a week or more in advance. The installers prefer to start their day in Orange County. You'd think the business owner could tell the employee where to be and when, but not here. And this is the primary installer for Pacific Sales? Tarnishes their reputation too. read more

Mitch and Toan were very careful getting the fridge in my door way and were very courteous and polite. They hooked everything up perfectly and taught me how to clean it. Best Buy recommended Peerless Group to install my slide in gas grill. I was EXTREMELY fortunate in that a technical representative whose name is A N D Y T R A N and his helper came out, gave me an estimate, and then followed up on the instillation the day after I received the gas oven. ANDY was on-time, clean cut and a perfectionist. He had to have everything perfect, AND IT WAS. He referred to me as Sir the entire time. The respect he showed me was paramount. I bought a LG microwave from Pacific Sales. They recommended Peerless Group to install it. I paid $90 to Peerless Group to install the microwave over my cooktop. Recently My microwave stopped working so two LG technicians came in to repair it. They were shocked to find only four screws holding the microwave up over my cook top without the metal plates the bottom to support the microwave and many holes were drilled into the microwave...Luckily installers didn't hit the components in the oven. The LG technicians were surprised the microwave didn't fall with only four screws holding it up! I took a video of the technicians explaining what was wrong with the installation to prove the problem. I was in contact with Pacific Sales and Peerless Group. Peerless Group was going to charge me $55 to come out to see what they did wrong!!!! The owners of Peerless Group wouldn't even talk to me. Their communication was limited with their receptionist! I called Pacific Sales because they are recommending these installers. I'm very disappointed with the poor workmanship! I would not recommend the group for installations! read more

We made an appointment a week in advance to put a new trim on our microwave. They were supposed to call with a 3 hour window. Never did. I called and was out on hold for 5 minutes and was told they would be there between 10-1. Never called or showed up. Finally I got a hold of them and they said they were running late and would be there in an hour. Never came or called. read more

It always amazes me when I have an absolutely STELLAR experience with a company and someone else just bashes them so. The installation of a refrigerator and double oven was meticulous; professional; and as good as it could possibly be! Peerless was recommended by Pacific Sales; two neat gentlemen arrived on time; put down a protective pad to pull the old refrigerator from the wall and then - with a fabulous method of straps - LIFTED the appliance off the floor to carry it outside (making certain they would not scratch the floor). The new refrig was carried in by the same method, hooked up with new hose to the water line and set in place. Couldn't even find a fingerprint! The old oven was removed; the new one installed (which required some sawing - that they did not add a charge to do). They were appreciative for a cash tip (it was lunchtime on a Saturday) - I was more grateful than the guys were. A+++! read more
