BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. DOESN'T CARE ABOUT VETERANS AND DOING THE RIGHT THING…read more Yesterday (09/22/25) I had a scheduled appointment with his Paralegal at 10:30 a.m. Did not receive a phone call or notice until I sent a text message at 11:15 a.m. Then, magically received a call. Provided an in-depth summary with evidence. Scheduled a phone call with Attorney at 11:30 a.m. (09/23/25) Attorney was late calling me for the scheduled appointment. It seems like his firm has a "TIME MANAGEMENT" issue. Can you imagine having to file by a certain deadline and, because they lack "TIME MANAGEMENT" abilities, now your case is screwed. The Attorney didn't listen to the facts and articulation of said facts. He was purely stuck on the fact that the employer is a governmental entity. He claims to care about doing the right thing but lacks a courage to do so. I can't imagine being an Attorney then being a complete coward of a human being. During the call he admitted he didn't know how to argue and would lose a standard employment law argument. What? Then why are you claiming to specialize in Employment Law if you heavily implied that you don't know and are a quitter. You have people's livelihoods in your hands. To admit/heavily imply you don't know how to defend a case tells me you DO NOT FIGHT FOR YOUR CLIENTS. You have an ethical obligation to give your clients the best defense possible. I'm so shocked by his "admission" that I'm considering contacting the state bar. That is insane! I've never heard an attorney flat out admit that before. I have better facts and evidence than 99% of the "purely speculative" cases he does accept. I don't know if he made that admission simply because he isn't willing to help Veterans (I'm a Veteran and this is a related to Veterans) which gives me the impression he doesn't care about Veterans. In conclusion, if you are a Veteran and/or actually care about Veterans then STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. This was the worst discussion I've had with an Attorney. Admits to not knowing how to fight a case is insane.

When I picked up the documents, the fee was much higher than the quote and when I questioned the difference, the secretary simply stated and repeated that it all depended on the number of forms and was not negotiable. Ms. Clark was in the adjoining room and clearly heard the discussion yet did not come out to address my concerns. As a new, unsatisfied client, I certainly would have expected her to become involved. A day later, the secretary called my husband and left a message asking about our bank account information. The message was garbled and did not properly identify the caller or the firm - he thought it was some kind of scam to steal our information. Very, very poor experience overall!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service & Business Practices…read more After more than 10 years with State Farm, my family recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the Kyle Angelle State Farm office involving Tamara Dunlap, Jennifer Davis, and Rosetta Clinton. We contacted Tamara Dunlap about changing coverage on one of our vehicles. We were told that because both vehicles were on the same policy, we could not reduce coverage on one vehicle without creating an entirely new policy. When we later spoke with Jennifer Davis, she confirmed this information and assured us that our existing policy, discounts, and other vehicle would not be negatively affected. After making the change and paying for the new policy, we received multiple documents with inconsistent premium amounts, incorrect/missing names, and an unexpected increase to the premium on our other vehicle. When I contacted the office for clarification, Tamara was unable to adequately explain the discrepancies. I requested a meeting with management, which resulted in an appointment with Jennifer Davis and Rosetta Clinton. Unfortunately, that meeting was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Rosetta Clinton was confrontational and repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to understand the policies and charges. Jennifer was pleasant but did not speak directly to me during the meeting besides offering water and helping provide me a pen. She has always been pleasant in our interactions over the years. When I questioned the way my concerns were being handled, I was made to feel as though I was the problem for simply asking reasonable questions. When I ultimately requested cancellation of my policies, Rosetta laughed. After more than 10 years as a State Farm customer, I have never experienced this level of poor communication, dismissiveness, or disrespect. The overall interaction left me feeling that I was not being treated fairly and raised concerns for me about whether race played a role in how I was treated. I ultimately chose to end my relationship with this office. I hope State Farm takes this experience seriously, reviews how these policy changes were handled, and addresses the customer service concerns involving Tamara Dunlap, Jennifer Davis, and Rosetta Clinton.

We'be been good customers until we sold our home and had a seizable refund coming. For some reason that's when they decided to dodge all followup calls from us and anytime I spoke to an office person (Devin) I was lied to. It's been several weeks now and I called to demand an overnight check or direct deposit and was told oh, it's in the refund department. So, for weeks we've been lied to that the check was mailed long before and telling us the call every few days and check our mailbox everyday. I told the office (Devin) I would come pick it up and asked the address to pick it up. Apparently, giving and address is a very difficult task for them. When I finally got the correct office address I see it's my agents office! Seriously. It's one large room where everyone can see each other. No need to send messages or lie about someone in meetings all day. They're all sitting in one room looking at each other. We were going to use them for our new home being built but I wouldn't use them to insure a doghouse.
