Very rude. I came in hoping for tax help with an appointment booked 3 months out. Day of the appointment I show up, and woman behind front desk remarks "First of all, put your mask on." Ok, rude, but I ask, "Do I have to? The guy cleaning windows inside doesn't and there's no sign on door." She says "I can get the owner if you like." "Yes, please do." I step outside and she continues the conversation there. I ask, "Since you guys are so adamant about this, is there any way we can handle this over the phone?" No, not possible they reply. Finally the owner interrupts yelling at me, "You know what I've heard enough, we can't do anything for you." Shocked that the owner would turn away my business. I replied really, there's no sign on door, guy in there with no mask, you're being extremely rude and explosive. At this point they get the young man washing windows to put his mask on and for some reason have him talking to me and someone quickly runs and tapes a sign to the door and they close the door. Curious if they were going to continue to serve me i tugged on the door to speak to them, only to find the owner has instructed the smallest most frail person there to physically keep me from entering. Honey, you treated a customer like shit for even questioning your policy. I'm a kind respectful person, but I refuse to pay hard earned money to a business that treats their customers with such disdain. Shameful way to conduct business.
I drove away and called a competitor, who was very friendly both over the phone and in person, and guess what? TREATED me like a person. Something that business' customer service is lacking these days. read more
