I am not sure if it is bad luck for me, bad surgeries, a bad surgeon, or what, but sadly I cannot say that I recommend this facility. Some of the nurses/aids/whatever they are that help the Doctor are really friendly and some of them are seriously NOT friendly. The receptionist staff generally seems like they don't have a clue what they are doing, either. A major complaint that I have at this facility is with the wait time. Every single time that I have been here (and it has been dozens), I have waited and waited and waited to get taken back to a room. Then once you are there you wait and wait and wait some more. There have been times that I am finally seen after an entire HOUR of waiting. A whole hour past my appointment time - that is totally unacceptable.

The billing department is horrendous! I believe this office uses a third party for billing and it shows! I am still dealing with an outstanding "bill" due to an error on their end. They have been zero help and rude. I have been going back and forth with billing for 5+ months. My insurance company has been the reason that this issue is finally getting cleared up.
