My 20 daughter went in for her annual physical and vacinations that she set up the previous year in advance. They took her card ran it and gave her great service until the bills started coming in the mail. No! i went right there. They said that is odd. Well, after the run arround they finely just decided to say well Dr. doesn't accept Priorty Health Spectrum and said the patient should of researched before her appointment. Well returning client? So before you go to the Doctor you better make sure they still take your insurance because they apparently do not know in house what they accept day to day. So, back at college no Doctor to call while sick They want to know how she wants to pay. Well what part of 0 income college student. Well she can make payments. Super, she will graduate in 2021 and then hopefully be employed right away then she can start paying you for your clerical error nobody will own up to. So sad all about your account number and money$$$ forgot she was a patient and is a human and does have insurance that is paid a high montly premium on. Sad sad sad love the doctors but obviously all about $$& and not the person. In the mean time, her twin sister is holding off seeing her Doctor there in fear of same issue. So, I hate to say after a great Doctor patient relationship we have to start all over Doctor shopping. So before returning for each and every appointment make sure you havent had an error done on your account and slapped with a bill that never should of occurrd. Very very disappointed

It was a waste of time and drove all the way there just to have to go back later for an appt. Plus we had to park in the back and walk around to the front because they do not have a ramp in the front for us to use. Not wheelchair friendy for a place that you get wheelchairs from.

He is very hands on, he pushes you to do the best you can and takes the time and effort to help you understand why he pushes at times. However, he always respects your limits and opinions. I'm walking normal and I have no pain or stiffness. I'm conquering the stairs and I'm so glad I did this surgery and found such a great therapist. Everyone at Hulst Jepson is so friendly, from the time you walk in and meet Emily. The young people, that are the assistants, are so friendly and helpful. Overall, it is just a great place.

Let me start off By saying not one day have I ever walked in without the staff being the happiest imaginable. They are genuinely good people. They truly do care about there patients from beginning when you walk in to even after you leave. When I started going to novo I had horrible shoulder pain. Saw two other chiropractors prior and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. Within 15 mins of my first visit Dr.Bailey had figured out what my issue was. She came up with a plan and her plan worked amazing. I sit here three months later able to lift 120lb dumbbells when before I could only hit 85 pound dumbbells due to the pain. Words can't describe how happy I am with the help and guidance I received from dr. Bailey and all the staff who assisted and continue to assist along the way. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. I could move an hour away and still would drive here due to the service and success I personally saw from this place.

This is not a place you want to be! It's a newer building and has all of the nice chairs and a cafe…read moreon the first floor, but it's only a facade for attracting people to spend thousands of dollars on acute rehab care. The staff are incredibly overwhelmed (for those that show up wanting to help others) or just plain indifferent (those that gossip and laugh in the halls all day) as dozens upon dozens of patient call lights loudly chime, with people begging to be taken care of. The wait time can be very long and the amenities are few. Their food menu offers just two choices for each of the daily meals and the quality is horrible, with nasty items such as powdered eggs being served. What matters most to the administrative staff here? Getting paid. Not getting you home well.
