We just had our first son 9 months ago and we were nervous about finding the right doctors office when he was born. So we are really happy we found and chose this one and that he gets to grow up going there. We absolutely love Dr Allyson and so does our baby Liam. He was always calm and at peace with her anytime she held him as an infant. And now that he's older he gets very excited to see her. She is extremely kind, personable, and very knowledgable. She has been very helpful and great to talk to at all his check ups. The entire staff including the nurses (especially nurse Ana!) as well as the front desk staff are always super nice and personable as well. We really love coming here. I highly recommend this pediatric's office! read more

We see Dr. Lowy and he has been amazing. we are first time parents and he gets it. He gives us his professional advice and recommendation in a professional and caring way. This office has a small hometown feel, the kind that treats you as family and not just a number. read more

I love these people. Dr. Kris and Dr. Lowy are both just wonderful. They personally return phone calls, they check up on patients to make sure their medication is working, and they'll even help you with your insurance, if necessary. They are deeply caring, non-judgmental, and extremely knowledgeable. It's an evidence-based practice with up-to-date parenting advice and protocols. They won't pressure you to switch to formula or "sleep train" your baby, nor discourage breastfeeding or bed-sharing or veganism, etc. They really know their stuff and not only provide you with the best care that pediatric western medicine has to offer but also are often open to holistic approaches, as well. They won't dismiss your interest in chiropractic care or your questions regarding tongue ties. They truly just want to help. I'm so glad I found this place! My son loves his doctors and never feels scared about doctor visits. He and I both know that he's in good hands. The nurses are very good, as well. My son just had his first finger prick, and it went smoothly. I prepared him well, and the nurse was both quick and gentle. read more

Heisy Almonte has been my daughters's doctor since my oldest was a newborn preemie. When we had our second girl she made sure to be the first to check her out at the hospital. She is always there for my girls no matter what! She takes her time, answer all my questions and most importantly ... she talks to me and not at me. She and the nurses makes me feel at ease whenever I'm there and help because having two under 3 can be hard sometimes!! I would recommend her to everyone!! read more

I've been taking my kids here since they were born and have had no issues at all with Dr. Kris. Recently though I had to take my daughter in for GI issues. She is now almost 18, not quite old enough to see an internist according to our insurance, so I made an appointment. We were in the office for 4 hours. The NP ordered a variety of labs($1000 worth) That was 3 weeks ago and I have called 4 times to get the results and still haven't received a call back. Today I waited 8:36 on hold just to get someone to answer, which as better than yesterday when they didn't answer at all.Things have sure gone downhill since my kids were small. And we will be finding a new doctor. read more

Horrible, horrible office staff. Words cannot describe how inefficient this office is run. This is a business and no one answers the phone EVER. When they finally answered the phone, they put me on hold. After being jnhikd for 40 minutes, I hung up! When I called again and got someone online to schedule an appointment, she said (again!), "please hold." And after ANOTHER 30 minutes, n she never came back to the phone and I hung up. Unbelievable!!!! Prior to this experience, I had just given birth and had a question about my newborn. I left a message for THREE days in a row before Dr. Lowey called me back. That is unacceptable that it took his incompetent office staff that long to give him the message. We will never be going back there. read more

We've been with this Seacrest office for at least 5 years and we are leaving it now because of the unprofessional and ignorant support staff there. Since changing ownership everything changed and they stopped sending out bills to save on postage. Their excuse is that mail comes back undeliverable. When I called to ask them to send me unpaid bills, Joyce didn't even present herself. She started threatening me with collection, refused to send any copy of bills, and said just to pay whatever I owe without any explanation of charges. There is no shortage of doctors around so I'll happily switch offices! read more

What a nice office! We loved seeing dr lowy and everyone working in the office was very helpful. They were very kind to my daughter i would recommend this office. read more

Dr Lowy is a great doctor HOWEVER it is completely overshadowed by the fact that you can not schedule appointments in advance. So at 9am you have to be Mad Max in the Thunderdome and fight your way through all the other parents trying to call to get their kid in for an appointment that very same day. And if you can get your child in? Too bad, either deal with it or take your child to the ER (both of which we have done). OR you can try the lottery again tomorrow at 9am. It's the absolute worst system if you have a sick kid. I have been told the reason for this system is because there were so many missed appointments but that's why places have "late cancellation fees". It's absolutely beyond my comprehension. Our household has two working parents and we need a pediatrician that is able to schedule appointments throughout the week. I am also skeptical of some of the "reviews" on Google. One review even says that "the doctor is worth the 3 hour wait". No one in their right mind would say that. Be real. read more

Dr. Lowy is a very professional doctor who is caring and knowledgeable. He never rushes you and answers all you questions with evidence based research. He is overall a down to earth doctor who believes in holistic medicine. He is always on time and you don't have to wait at all when you go there. Scheduling and rescheduling is painless. So far I love our pediatrician. read more

Majority of the staff is amazing. You can tell they actually care about the lives of their patients. Dr. Kris is an amazing doctor who takes the time to listen to concerns and doesn't just brush you off. read more

I have been taking my daughter to Seitz since she was 2 months old. I was going to a different office but hated it so I decided to change pediatrician. I have absolutely no issue with the office. Everyone is nice and I always get a call back whenever I'm setting up an appointment. Dr. Lowy is my favorite and is an awesome doctor. I never feel rush and he answers any questions I have. read more

I'm frustrated because I'd been trying to call this place to schedule an appointment for my 5 month old because he's late on his 4 month shots because he was previously sick. I finally was able to call and make an appt for 1. specifically a Wednesday because that's the only day I get off early enough from my program to even bring my child to an appt and 2. I specifically let the lady know the same thing I'm typing now about him being behind on shots. I was told okay Wednesday 2:15. Why is it that I show up and am told that there's nothing that exists for this patient? I get turned away to have to come back next week. Also I know what time I called and the day I called and it didn't matter. They couldn't tell me who was there that day or who I spoke to. It was just disappointing and an inconvenience because I was looking forward to getting this done now as opposed to later. We'll see how it goes when my son actually gets treated. read more

I called every hour, No one answers. When I call to schedule or confirm an appointment for my children. The nurses either pick up & hang up or let the phone ring out ALL DAY ! As a result, I will be switching my children's physician. read more

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would.Easily the worst pediatric service in Boynton Beach. My sister had her first child at Bethesda hospital and was discharged at 10am. A doctor was supposed to come by from SEITZ PEDIATRIC to check the baby and discharge him as well. Needless to say, the pediatric doctor NEVER showed and the Seitz office never returned our call. We are still at the hospital and my sister can't get her medication or food because she was discharged at 10am. I would never recommend Seitz Pediatric to anyone. They turned what should have been a happy homecoming into a disastrous day. read more

Rudest staff ever, the doctors seem to act like they have no control over this. Terrible customer service which is not what anyone wants to deal w/ when having a sick child. read more

Literally one of the worst place to even go I usually go and I'm always on time and when you're on time or even before the time your appointment is you literally have to wait an hour and a half to see a doctor my daughter is literally has been coming here since she was born and i never had these issues until my sons were born not only have they not check my son properly and are doing wrong malpractice they are telling me now after being seen by four different doctors that he's going to need a MRI. To see you what is wrong with his skull One of the worst place ever will be changing my kids doctor after this experience of coming here for over six years read more

If you google them their rating is a 2.9 Which goes to show I'm not the only 1 feeling like this!! I stayed so long because of convenience. Dr. pretty good, but the staff is horrible. I definitely won't be back, and you shouldn't either. They take the sickness of your child and your time as a joke! read more

I have been taking my daughter to Seitz Pediatrics since her birth in 2003. Everyone has always been so kind and they have always fit us in no matter what. Jennifer Always takes such great care and time explaining all the details of the physical examination and any changes my daughter may be going through. Dr. Kris is also very kind and efficient. The office staff has been so great with us over the years. I appreciate all of the extra things they do for us. read more

Waited for HOURS for a well child visit. It's almost like you're put on low priority bc it's a free medical visit. Horribly organized office. Our first scheduled date was canceled without us being notified. They proceeded to call the wrong number without calling the cell phone numbers listed on the file. Unbelievable! read more

This practice is a JOKE! Dr Lowy is a great Dr but dealing with his staff is completely aggravating! They have policies such a no sick appointments except the day of, etc... today was the final straw for me. My kid has been sick for days, today is day 4. Last night he had some difficulties breathing and we were up all night. I put my alarm for 9am and called right away to get an appointment. I speak to someone who gives me an appointment time of 9:40am with Dr Lowy. Coming from Boca, I call my office to let them know I'll be late to work and quickly get my children dressed and rush out of my house. I arrive to the office, sign in and sit down. Soon after, I get called to the desk and they are telling me that I am not on their schedule. I explain the above and that I was given this time frame. They then spend a ton of time trying to find out who I spoke to. No one would admit fault. They leave me with the impression that they are going to squeeze me in, but no one gives me any confirmation. They all just kind of understand my frustration and walk away from me as if they are going to come back with answers, but never do. Finally after sitting there for an hour, I ask his nurse what's going on (because no one else can give me any answers) and she starts to give me a hard time. Tells me that I just need to understand that he is busy and if I can just sit until 1pm then he'll see me then. That is 2.5 hours away!!! I have already been sitting for an hour and every moment my kids are growing more restless (4 and 1 yrs old). This is such poor business practice. I walked out and will not be returning. Save yourself the frustration and skip this place all together!!! read more

First time Mom with 8 month baby and wouldn't recommend anyone to Seitz Pediatrics. The staff genuinely doesn't care about you or your baby. When I told the lady on the phone we were switching pediatricians she actually seemed happy. You can never get anyone on the phone. You have to leave messages all the time and they never return your calls. When I asked to be transferred to the office manager to make a complaint they said sure let me connect you..."mailbox is full" and it hangs up the call. I left a frantic message after hours because my baby had fallen off the bed and I wanted their advice...never called me back and when I complained they truly didnt care. I called at 11am for a same day appointment because my baby had a fever for 2 days, left two messages, never got a phone call back. I had to call about 10 times throughout the day to finally get a live person (around 230pm) and they tell me they are short staffed and that I will have to call back at 9am the next day to see IF they can get me in for same day. That was enough for me. I found a new pediatrician around 330pm that day and they fit me in the same day (Thank goodness they did bc my poor baby was in pain with fever and had an ear infection..Seitz Pediatrics didnt know when they could squeeze us in). Told the new office my experience with Seitz Pediatrics and they were shocked and assured me that is not the way they run their business. Entire staff greeted me and my daughter, gave us a nice little gift for being new patients and a very thorough and professional welcome package which has tons of information about being new parents and what to expect monthly/yearly. Comparing offices I can now see how unprofessional and lousy Seitz Pediatrics are. Needless to say I am so happy we left them. I do not recommend any new mom/parent to join Seitz Pediatrics...keep looking and I assure you there are WAY better offices out there. Ones that actually care about your most precious possession. read more

Dr. Lowy is amazing! So comfortable in the brand new office and he takes plenty of time with you-no rushing. Never pushes anything, lets you be the parent with him still letting you know all your options. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face. Thanks Dr. Lowy ! read more

Please save yourself the aggravation of taking your babies here. I took my 9 month old for a well-checkup (we moved from another state), waited for over an hour but the Dr San Jorge was great. When he got sick a month later I called to get appointment with his pediatrician or any other dr available in the office and I was actually told 'we don't have any sick appointments today'. When I asked about the next day the receptionist replied I have to call again at 9 am the next day to see if they can fit me in. (I work at a HOSPITAL i am not allowed to have my phone on me nor make personal calls unless it's lunchtime) she proceeds to tell me they cannot make a sick appointment for the following day. I should go to the ER or MD now. So I'm I supposed to call everyday at 9am for a week to see if they can "fit in" my 10 month old child. When I asked to speak to the manager I was placed on hold for 7minutes only for her to come back on the line and tell me she was busy I could leave a message. This is NOT how you treat families and babies!!!! It's a shame the great doctors that work here let the staff run this place to the ground. Sadly, I will not be returning to this office. read more
