I've never felt rushed or hurried, and she has made time for me during emergency situations. I am truly grateful to have her as my doctor. The nursing staff at her office is also wonderful. They all really care about the patients and never act like their too busy to lend an ear. In fact after my car accident when I was struggling with severe pain and the effects of a concussion and broke down, I was comforted and hugged. It made an awful situation. So much better. If you are looking for a family practice office that is phenomenal, look no further. Dr. White, her amazing team of nurses and office staff are all wonderful. And if you need a referral those are processed quickly as well. This office runs like a well oiled machine.

First, we did not go to Epic Urgent and Family Care because of any emergency. We'd heard good…read morethings about them, COVID testing, and how rapidly they get back to you with results. When we arrived, we had a bit of a challenge. We showed up at 8:50 AM, 10-minutes before our appointment. A little after 9, they opened the door and said our appointment was at 10. We showed them the confirmation, but they hadn't yet. About 10-minutes went by before they let us in. So, confusion about the time was an issue but they apologized and rectified it within 10-minutes. So, they did make it up, but it did cost them a point. The tests were painless, of course, and took a few minutes. THE VERY NEXT DAY we had our results. We've taken a number of these tests since they were available and most took longer. Overall, it was a good experience. I can't speak at all to their other services, but I think they do a nice job with their COVID tests.

I don't know why nurse practitioners are in the legal business. But as it turns out, the lawyer was a fraud and was not representing me at all. I can't help but wonder if my employer didn't send me here for this experience. I called Bianca about it and she started yelling at me telling me I was mentally ill. She sent me discharge papers from our phone call stating that I was delusional and hostile. I was certainly hostile but delusional is a medical diagnosis. That's not typically how diagnosises are made. They don't seem to care much about human beings at all here.

He is very pleasant, talks to you very thoroughly making sure to answer ALL of your questions and concerns. My husband has went to him twice in a week sometimes for follow up care and the doctor has never made him feel rushed. He is very respectful and really gets to know his patients lifestyle, background and gives you the sense that he's listening rather than getting his prescription pad out, like more physicians do. The appointments are never rushed either. We plan to refer as many friends, coworkers and family to Dr. Stefanuik and plan to be his patients for years to come! :)

Have had other offices ask me my name ask me everything as if they never saw me before. Tired of being treated like a random number. This office has the feel of a small family run business but the versatility of having a large corporate backing to get top notch equipment in the office. Today needed blood & papers for an upcoming procedure. They said they didn't have the papers, my other doctors office gave them faulty info, we left. I called the other office in the car en route another stop, managed to sort them out and have it faxed over to the clinic. Stopped at the clinic on the way home and they managed to squeeze in a few minutes with a nurse to grab the blood and a flash with the doctor to do the paperwork even though I was well past my appointment time today because the other office didn't send the papers to the right office. They'll go above and beyond to get things done if they can logistically handle it. Blood collection was easy and the nurse had my preferred type and gauge of needle, I know what needle my veins are good with because of how many blood drawings and procedural IV lines I have in a year. The overall clinic is a 5/5 except for when you have to do after hours answering service call ins. They tend to be a bit unreliable at getting the physician to phone back but they do eventually work after some prodding. Maybe the company will switch answering service vendors if they see more complaints about answering service problems.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr Cucco is my favorite. He is professional and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr Cucco also delivered my daughter at NCH. I had a great experience and felt safe under his care!!! I really can't say anything bad about anyone at WomanCare. I also see Dr Vaughn, Dr Keith and Dr Kasinak. Every one of them is professional and compassionate. All the nurses are awesome and the ones that do bloodwork .... you don't get poked by the needle 10x in order for them to draw blood so they're super fast and they know what they're doing. I go to WomanCare for a lot of things besides just my annual exam.... I had a sinus infection and my general practitioner wasn't able to see me for a week but I called WomanCare and they saw me the same day. Can't thank them enough for always working with me and accommodating my schedule preferences.

If the doctor isn't taking any new patients, why is it possible to schedule appointments with him as a new patient on the website? No answer. Complete utter waste of time. Sorry, you only get to make a first impression once. There are no do-overs. It's why it's called a FIRST impression.
