On my daughters first vaccination the nurse came in stuck my daughter with a needle and then ran out when she started crying. My wife was left holding a crying baby who was now bleeding. No nurse, no bandaid no help. I had to leave the room to get some assistance. On the second visit the nurse and doctor were slightly helpful, but all in all there was nothing special about the appointment. They provided adequate care, but did not make me feel like they cared about me or my daughter. Just about meeting a checklist worth of requirements. Prior to my third appointment, I had requested a copy of my records be sent over to another pediatrician for a review. They took the liberty of contacting this new office and gathering information prior to my appointment, and then per their policy (which I have never actually seen) to cancel my appointment and remove my daughter from their practice. So, come the day of my appointment I was informed of all of this, and my daughter was unable to get a scheduled vaccination.

He took such great care of both of my sons. I consider myself very lucky to have him as a doctor for my sons. His father was my summer doctor growing up. We will miss him. Dr. Smith is also very kind and caring and good at making my little one feel safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, he is a little too much of a growth chart stickler and made me panic unnecessarily. He also misdiagnosed a common condition which didn't respond to the treatment recommended. Dr. A is my daughter's regular doctor and she has been much much more conservative with the growth charts, balances seeing the child as a person more than a data point, and also correctly diagnosed her issue. So while both doctors are good, I like Dr. A better so far, and Dr. Smith I'm not so sure yet. Maybe he was just having an off day. Overall this is a great practice.

We were worried we'd spend all day sitting in a waiting room, but we were in and out in good time AND received thorough care. Kiddo had a thorough exam, including a rapid test which I appreciated to rule out strep, and appropriate antibiotics sent directly to the pharmacy nearest our rental. I'm glad I went with my gut and opted for this practice with an experienced family doctor to help calm my anxious mom nerves instead of an urgent care, where you usually wind up with a PA. Dr. Olarsch helped save our family vacation!

I find my children's vaccination records, upcoming and previous visits, prescriptions, medical professionals who have provided care for my children from all the different facilities. Dr. Mcfadden is great! She has a warm and caring bedside manner approach and is a fantastic active listener. The office is large and I have never had issues with parking. The nurses are sweet and I feel the staff offer quality service. My son 3, once injured his forehead (huge bump and slight bleed) playing with friends. I called the practice and was able to do an assessment with a RN over the phone saving us a trip to the ER or Urgent Care. I definitely recommend.

All it did was prove to sure up their existing business model. After calling early in the morning and being told I would get a call back about my daughter being seen. Let me restate... my children's only pediatrician is CHOP. They were born in a CHOP hospital and have only seen CHOP pediatricians from this office for their entire lives so don't believe the hype they literally treat everyone this awful. I didn't get a call back until 3pm! And when I requested an appointment I was told that if I could go to urgent care... There is literally no point to having a doctor who's only recommendation is to go to urgent care when you are sick. I am a fully grown adult person... I am aware emergency rooms exist and urgent care exists. I don't need that kind of help. This was not an emergency but is something that a doctor should look at to keep from it getting so bad I actually do need to take my child to the emergency room. I am switching from CHOP. These large hospital systems don't care about people... they care about money. I would hope that since they deal with children that would not be the case. Yet again my optimism was misplaced. Awful
