I've never had a wait less than 30 minutes from my appointment time, even when I come first thing in the morning. It's a little frustrating when I have to leave work early to get there or go back to work afterwards. If they could inform me I'd be waiting longer, I'd like to be able to wait to come in. Some of their doctors only come a few days a month too so that can make it hard to get in appointments. They are quick for general services though (like getting fitted for partial dentures) and their dentists and techs are kind.

She was extremely gentle and so kind! My daughter is 14 months and was scared but Dr. Brendaliz Bristol-Mártir talked to my daughter the entire time. She is incredible at what she does. I also am extremely grateful for her wonderful assistant! He also helped keep my daughter from moving, very gentle, and gave her a pep talk the whole time too! The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, the waiting room is stunning, clean, & kid friendly. I also loved that they had tv's above the dentist chair and they had coco melon on for my daughter. They gave us a tooth brush & tooth paste, a sticker, and since my daughter didn't have any cavities she got to put her name on their 'Cavity Free' wall and got a coupon for a free kids meal at Texas Road house. The woman who handles paperwork was super friendly and did an excellent job explaining a procedure my daughter needs to have. I am extremely grateful that I found my daughters forever dentist!
