We rode all the way down along the snake river on gravel , and then back up and down to Moose Wilson rd. Down to Teton village which was all paved. It was the most beautiful scenery to set the Fall mood! The girls loved the cows and horses. We looked for moose but no luck. Bill was so helpful in setting us up on the bikes and helmets. He gave us a map and pointers. All bike equipment were in great shape. They have a variety of bikes, tandems, trailers and also the toddler bike seats. They also offer delivery and pick up of bikes for free. So if you're staying at a hotel it's a great convenience! This was definitely the best thing we did on our trip. Would highly recommend Wheel Wranglers for your biking needs while down in Jackson Hole.

She reserved a bike for me over the phone without needing a card. Then, my visit to the store was so welcoming. George and others from the shop were great and got in the weeds with my questions, such as desired tire width and air pressure. I rented a 54mm carbon ENVE road bike with high end SRAM electronic shifters, almost exactly the same as what I ride at home. Lastly, I brought my own spare tire bag and left it on the bike. I realized it when I got home a few days later. I called the shop and BART offered to ship it to me without hesitation. Loved this shop!

Their knowledge, experience and custom fitting ensured that we each got a bicycle that worked well for us. A couple of weeks after buying my Trek e-bike it started making a clicking sound. George (or maybe Bart) immediately put it on a repair stand and diagnosed the problem. Trek had not torqued the motor mount bolts to spec at the factory. He tightened them and twenty minutes later I was out the door. The bike has worked fine since. We highly recommend this shop!

I'm…read morerelatively new to the sport but knew from a past trip that rentals were not the way to go if I wanted to enjoy my week of skiing. The team here was able to squeeze me in last minute for a bootfitting (I had an appointment earlier at another store in Teton Village who told me they didn't have the brands that would fit my feet). And after about 1 hour of heating the boot and molding it to accommodate my navicular, Will had set me up with an awesome pair of Salomon BOA ski boots that are arguably the best-fitting shoes I own. What a delight these boots were on the slopes last week: Zero foot pain. Will even made great sock recommendations that ensured dryness and comfort. I couldn't be happier with my new ski boots, and it was all thanks to Will. Next, I needed new ski goggles, and Ali at the front was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She recognized that a low bridge fit might be more suitable for my face. Ali definitely came through, and these made a huge difference last week with the snow storms, as the ability to easily swap out lenses magnetically on my Smith goggles ensured the best visibility. I was so impressed with the team here at JHS and made a few more trips back to the shop throughout my week in Jackson Hole. Everyone there was incredibly professional providing great service, and the store stocks the best brands and the quality of their goods was world-class.
