Most lack of communication. Well the calls got on their nerves too! As I was told "just call". Then was told off for texting! Yes, my text was meant for Monday morning EST, regarding the pile of trash. Well That was a mistake! Sunday, CST 8:15 my text went through. And our thousands of dollars meant nothing to "pony tail" (nickname for one of the sellers, from Pensacola. He drew the line on that! Not that we were inconvenienced with the digging until 1:00 am under stadium lights or a huge hole left for weeks not the huge pile of trash which was a Danger boards with nails sticking out for our four Mailinois, grandkids to step on but that I texted on Sunday evening! They left a mess. Unfinished.. Fortunately my husband is very good with programming because he has figured out our issues from chemicals to the Polaris So we are grateful and give thanks to be on this side of the project. I will not recommend Premier Pools to anyone. Two stars for hole and fiberglass.and the men who actually dug the hole the rest stayed in their truck and observed the real men working. No! Horrible customer treatment…read more No communication about any changes or breakage of agreement or discontinue of service either. Horrible treatment from the company, specially Bobby who not only doesn't care about loyal customers but if you bring up one complaint because suddenly they cannot provide the full service that was agreed, he'll treat you horribly and stop servicing you without notice. They are not even the shadow of what they were 2 years ago when we hired them. Back then we spoke with Nicole and Bobby and we explained that we were not in our property nor lived in Tallahassee and that we rented it on a short term basis (Airbnb) so it was very important not to leave their report door handle but to let us know via email, text or call when they went. They assured us it would be no problem. Our first assigned pool cleaner was Duncan and he was very cordial and usually communicative. However in October 2020 I received complaints from guests about the pool not looking right and I noticed I had not received a text from Duncan that week, when I approached him about it he mentioned he had sent a trainee instead. So I went back to look at my surveillance cameras, frame by frame which takes a lot of time even at high speed (12 hours of daylight!) and saw no one go clean our pool! So it became even more important for us to be notified when they went to service the pool. Another time in 2021 I noticed no notification again, I spoke with Bobby and he had actually assigned a new person, Colin, who then started to service our pool and notify me via text on and off, saying he had forgotten when he didn't. About 2 weeks ago I decided to email the company directly asking for a discount for any week that was missed and not notified, to which Bobby replied "I am sorry, but it is really not practical to have them message you every visit. I do not agree with crediting you all because you did not get a message. Please secure another provider for your pool service. Give me a call if you would like to discuss further. Thanks" just like that. Not once we were ever indicated that notifying us would no longer be possible, but pushing us to find another company to service us. When I called him it was even worst, he excused the no communication, the no servicing weeks that were paid for, the no notification of service, to being the "cheapest ones in town". And again telling us to let him know when we found another company. He said they'll continue to service the pool and continue to do what they do in the meantime, but they didn't. The stopped going without notice, they had already invoiced us and we had already sent a check also. And on their last visit which was already pre-paid they still didn't clean it right. Green started to turn up quickly meaning they didn't do what they had already been paid for. We're not worried, not because they actually are not the cheapest in town and we have found better alternatives, or because our pool is easy to upkeep being that is a screened and shallow pool, but because what goes around comes back around. What they did to us and how they treated us was so messed up, it'll be no surprise it comes back to them in tenfold.

We will never bring back the privacy and beauty we once had but.........we have an incredible pool enclosure now standing thanks to the Andray-Bryan-Roger team from All Custom Aluminum. The "custom" in their business name means just that. This company was the fourth one to give us a review and proposal. I was immediately impressed with Andray's attention to what details we shared with him about our "pool cabin", as we call it, and how to best tie our enclosure to it. We quickly "got on board" with his idea of a solid roof between the two buildings and to fully enclose our smaller pool shed to minimize and virtually eliminate cleanup chores. Andray's design included a long carrier beam to give us maximum opening and access to the cabin from the pool deck. The roof design brings water away from the cabin and dumps it into a long gutter hanging off the carrier beam. The solid roof transitions to a flat screen roof over the smaller pool shed which is now fully screened in, but stands totally independent of the enclosure. The solid roof features a hidden channel which carries electrical wiring placed by me and the team so we can have a ceiling fan and/or lights in our, now covered, grilling area. The grandchildren will have a ball this summer! Finally, I'd like to say that probably no other person or persons would have given this job the level of attention that Bryan and Roger has given. Bryan took time to measure as needed, horizontally and vertically, to make all the pieces fit "like a glove". I can't say enough about his approach and execution to give us a quality enclosure. This team did an awesome job! In the photos I have posted, you'll have to look past the storm damage showing up in the background and the dirty pool water. We still have much work to do. Focus on the structure. I believe all the specific custom details I mentioned can be seen in the photos. Bottom line.......based on our experience just ended on 2/22/19, you will be pleased with the product delivered by All Custom Aluminum. Their work speaks for this company. We are delighted with the enclosure they constructed for us.
