He ended up having to take all the pipes apart and reinstall everything due to some new electrical work that was being done. He poured a new concrete slab and replaced the filter sand. His work is perfect! I really appreciated that he knows pools and was easy to work with! I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!

The worst most expensive pool service. Where do I start? I called them they said they'd come out…read morelater in the week. 7 days later No one showed up. I called back she said I had to consent to the service- I sent a consent via email. She said they'll be there the next day. By then my pool was getting kinda green. They don't show up again! I call again - they said they'd be out the next day. The come - charge me 90$ of chemicals blue $69 monthly fee ( to clean the basket and the filter? Really). Yo top it off the leave the back gate open. I have dogs. So then the pools better- not perfect but better. I use it and my hair turns bright green! I let them know and they say "it's the chlorine " Really! All pools have chlorine and isn't that why I'm paying this company to check and measure the chemical?!? No I'm sorry nothing. To make it worse I called and let them know I wasn't happy with paying $170 in 1 week and not having a clear pool. Who knows how many dollars of chemicals they could use in 3 weeks! Not to mention the cost of getting the green out of my hair. You know when they said? Not what can we do to make it better, not I'm sorry - I got ok we'll close your account and send u the bill. Good riddance- don't use this company unless you want them to siphon money out of your pocket. You Will be nickel and dimes to death. 1/5 rating on Angie's list says it all- " beware of crook" state several customers. He obviously writes all the good reviews.

While they are currently…read morebuilding a pool next door to my home, I witnessed him yelling at his own workers and calling them "f*cking retards." Hearing the owner of a company speak to his employees that way was shocking and completely unprofessional. No matter how stressful a job may be, there is absolutely no excuse for degrading, abusive language toward employees -- especially from the person running the company. It reflects very poorly on Servco Pools' leadership and raises serious concerns about the company's professionalism and values. If this is how the owner treats his own crew in public, I can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors. I would strongly reconsider hiring a company that operates this way.

However, Steve has terrible communication skills, customer service skills and just poor work performance in general. He caulked the edge of our pool as a "favor" as he called it even though it was in the contract and it looks like he did it with his eyes closed. His plumbing job was backwards and when it was politely addressed, all he had to say was that's such a minor problem, and where's my money. Then he finally relented and put used, painted pipes on my pool. This later had to be replumbed since it was too tight and putting pressure on my filter. When he was finished, he broke contract again by not pressure testing my pool and lying about it. The pool leaked down 6-7inches in 5 days when it had never leaked like that before he came. Long story short, I had to pay out of pocket to have his problems resolved. He knew he was wrong because he started offering us gifts to make up for his poor work to try to avoid getting sued. Steve is such an embarrassment to the pool world.

Most lack of communication. Well the calls got on their nerves too! As I was told "just call". Then was told off for texting! Yes, my text was meant for Monday morning EST, regarding the pile of trash. Well That was a mistake! Sunday, CST 8:15 my text went through. And our thousands of dollars meant nothing to "pony tail" (nickname for one of the sellers, from Pensacola. He drew the line on that! Not that we were inconvenienced with the digging until 1:00 am under stadium lights or a huge hole left for weeks not the huge pile of trash which was a Danger boards with nails sticking out for our four Mailinois, grandkids to step on but that I texted on Sunday evening! They left a mess. Unfinished.. Fortunately my husband is very good with programming because he has figured out our issues from chemicals to the Polaris So we are grateful and give thanks to be on this side of the project.
