The door was working but making a terrible noise. he said he could fix that for more money. We declined. Today the side of the door that did not have a problem is totally torn apart and the door doesn't work at all. We suspect the wrong springs were used and have called another company to fix the mess.

You should consider doing that annually." They didn't nickel-and-dime me for any of it, but treated me and my home with respect. That's something you just don't see on an invoice.
