A small kiosk across from the public hot springs pool, offers vistors a choice of renting out a quadricyle (4 person bike, 2 in the front, 2 in the back), a 1 or 2 person low rider, and the classic bike. My girlfriends and I chose the regular bikes so we could go farther and explore more. The woman working there directed us to a nearby house to get our bikes. It took a good 20 minutes to fit 5 of us each with a bike and helmet. Luckily we had some tall girls to accomodate the high seated bikes. If I come back, I'll make sure to bring my own helmet because it was quite the fiasco to fit my small head into a helmet they had. After taking down our license and paying ($12/hour - CASH ONLY!) we were off with a map and path they provided to see some nice farm and landscapes. The map was NOT to scale. In order to turn into Golf Road (a neighbourhood with farming areas) it was a few Kms but on the map it looked like it was a quick block away. Anyways, we figured it out and saw some beautiful fields of grass, flowers and farming. If you're not venturing for a fast-paced bike ride, I suggest leisurely biking along the beach or around the neighbourhood. Overall, kind service and something fun to do while out in Harrison.

Customer Service: 10/10 I drove in from Abbotsford to buy the item. Once at the store, I asked the cashier where to find this piece of equipment. She was friendly and welcomed to me into the store. The cashier was knowledgable of the product and took me straight to the item I was looking for. Website: 10/10 I was thankful that the KMS Tools website had been up-to-date and that I did not make the trip "for nothing". Pricing: 10/10 The product that I needed was on sale at nearly half the price of the same thing on Amazon.

The electrician that was referred to us by our sales person was amazing - they came over before tub delivery to get the electrical line in and again soon after delivery to complete the electrical hookup. That was the end of any resemblance of professionalism. Next was damaged goods upon delivery and a promise from the local dealer to return with a new cover as soon as it was received. 5 weeks after the promise, we followed up with head office (Premium Wholesale, Kitchener, Ontario) , and was told the local authorized dealer (not an authorized representative) had already received the new cover. The factory authorized dealer in Kitchener, Ontario was very responsive. It took one of the owners to contact the local dealer, who had been 'ghosting' us since August 30 to tell him to deliver the cover. The local dealer told us when he finally delivered the new cover that he had received it 10 days prior and he was only paid/insured to deliver tubs. We are 12 km from his location and he made no effort to fulfill his promise. Lovely tub - Masterspa makes a good product and we enjoy it everyday but very disappointed in the customer service (and lack of products for purchase) from Fraser Valley Hot Tubs. He had so many opportunities to make this right....
