Good day, I have…read moreknown Ed now for over 8 years and not only is he a wonderful guitar tech, Ed is just simply, a wonderful person. Ed has worked on a number of guitars for me...and continues to do so. Ed not only cares about the quality of the time and effort that he puts into his work, he also is very much concerned about how we, as guitarists, feel about the work he has thus performed on our behalf. A real rarity these days! Ovid, a Roman poet once said, "Make the workmanship surpass the materials..." ...Ed most certainly has fulfilled this criterion. "Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort." John Ruskin Sincerely, Dell

In an age when brick-and-mortar stores are being choked out by online conglomerates and franchises, Helmer's obvious competitive advantage is that you can walk in and get expertise, quality products and service, and the ability to see, touch and hear before you buy.
