She was extremely rude and rough. She pulled and threw my hands around. I was getting acrylic nails removed, a "good" mani, and shellac to finish. She took the nail grinder and was so rough and all over my fibers. Literally cutting my finger twice. Then grounded the acrylic all the way through to almost my finger. Took the cuticle pushers over that said nail and when I said ouch she said " that's because you have thin nails that's bad ". When she got around to doing the shellac she messed up 3 nails, 3 times!!!! Another lady had to step in and fix it. I still never received a good cuticle cut, any oils, or wax like I requested. I paid and got the heck out of there. This was last night. And today I wake up to two of mail shellac nails messed up. Chunks missing and my cuticles look worse than when I showed up. I called twice but it's Sunday and they may be closed. However, I intend to get a refund. Save your time and money. Update: the owner refused to give a refund for horrible work.

Obviously, Jenny, the owner, truly cares about everyone that walks through the door and wants them each to have a fabulous time. My appointment was with Tehra to have my hair done. I was way early for my appointment; however, Jenny went ahead and got me started with a scalp massage [highly recommend this] and shampoo. Afterwards, Tehra expertly used my naturally curly hair to assemble my hair into something even better than I had asked for. Precious Tehra was great and listened to what style I was looking for and made it happen. Make up was next with Dorothy. I had sent a picture earlier of a kind of natural look I was wanting for my wedding, and also brought in some of my own eye shadows that I wanted to use. She was a true artist and blended Avedas brand of make up with my own preferences for eye color! I've never worn foundations or concealers, and although at first the make up felt like too much - once I saw it, I loved it! It lasted all through the evening and the pictures looked great.
