Lawrence did a wonderful job on my teenagers hair. They went in just wanting a thin and trim but after explaining what they are going through Lawrence had an idea. Lawrence asked if we would be ok trying it, we were and we absolutely love it my teen is so excited with their new haircut and everyone else loves it as well. I got a cut and a thin as well and am pleased with how he shaped it. Next time we go back we will definitely be asking for Lawrence again!!! read more

This is the only place I go to have my hair done. This place is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. I always go see Abbey for color (balayage), cut and my hair turns out amazing each time! It's the only place in Alpine I've found that actually provides spa services. You can get your hair done, nails, facials, waxing, etc. all in one spot and the customer service is A+. I have been in the process of moving to Alpine and kept missing my schedule haircuts. When I walked into B's I told Bea that I really needed help and she listened to my concerns and how I like to wear my hair and the problems I had been having with my hair and .... voila! ... I walked out feeling and looking good. Even my husband, a man of few compliments, said he loved the look of my hair from the back (it looks full he said). I would highly recommend this salon. The shingle out front says: "Beauty Bar Salon". So, maybe it's a new name? Whatever, this was an awesome experience. To my chagrin Queen Bee has been razing my last nerve for months about trimming back the man mane on me chin. So, walking around on a Monday in Alpine, you will discover many businesses closed on Mondays, but not the Beauty Bar Salon. We walked in and Lawrence said he was with a client, but could take me in 45 minutes. No worries, there's plenty to see and do in sunny Alpine. Fast forward 45, just like he had said, Lawrence was good to go. Despite my lady's urging to sheer me like a sheep, Lawrence was very diplomatic and was able to find the sweet spot when it came to taming the beast of a beard on me face, and satisfying the Queen Bee's demands-what I figured would have been an impossible assignment. Now I look like a million bucks, without spending the same. I can't speak for the other stylists at the Beauty Bar Salon, but if they're anything like Lawrence, you'll be in good hands. read more
