I take the phone back to him at Smiley's where he begins to ask what I've done to it. For starters, this phone is in an Otter box case with a screen protector. So, he says he will put another screen in it since it was covered under the 30 day money back guarantee. He installed a new screen and within 5 minutes of him trying to prove to me that it wasn't the screen, the new screen starts doing the same thing. He then says it must be the screens from that particular vendor that he uses so he installed a different brand screen, or so he says. This one works better, but Face ID still not working properly and he blames my screen protector, so he installs one of his screen protectors and gets the same results. He then says if it still messes up to come back. Dude!!!! IT'S STILL MESSING UP FOR YOU!!! I went ahead and left and 2 days later, he says to come to his place in Byron, Ga. I drive to Byron where he then states that he will just trade me out for another phone. So, another new phone, Face ID works like it's supposed to but screen still glitches and now I'm getting a message saying that the screen isn't a factory screen. He tells me that ALL refurbished phones have this message. I've bought refurbished phones before and never had this message or these problems. So, 2 weeks later, the screen just quits working. The phone rings but you can't answer because the screen is dead. I'm out of town heading back to Macon and have to use somebody else's phone to call him to see if he's open because it's Memorial weekend. He is at Smiley's so I head back 3 hours away and when I get there, he then tells me I've dropped the phone, and he can replace the screen for a discounted price. #1, the phone still looks new and has still been in a case with a protector and has not been dropped AND STILL UNDER WARRANTY! I take it to another guy, and he shows me where the screen frame has not been installed and no clips to hold the screen in place and a new screen would not work due to the shoddy work from Demetrius's half Assing these phones and charging full price. I could've bought a new phone for the same price. So, $1000.00, 3 screens and 2 phones later, I have no working phone and having to buy yet another phone because he doesn't want to stand behind his product and his work. This guy apparently has been doing this for quite some time, seeing that he's changed the name twice and 2 different states. Once people start seeing how he works, he closes up shop and relocates using a new name. He now has his son doing the same thing.
