The original ductwork in my home was…read moreall metal and working properly, except for a prior addition that wasn't heating/cooling correctly because it had been tied into a small line instead of the trunk. Rather than correcting that one issue, the company convinced me to replace my entire duct system. During the installation, their crew moved a water line but failed to glue it properly. Two days after completion, the joint came apart and flooded my crawl space. They returned, pumped the water out, and promised to install a dehumidifier, but never did. Instead, they left a poorly installed vapor barrier that was ineffective. Since then, every supply line they installed has leaked air into the crawl space. This leakage has created moisture, condensate, and mold growth that were never issues before their work. Because I underwent multiple spinal surgeries after the installation, I was unable to inspect the crawl space myself and relied on the company's assurances that I would "never have condensate in the crawl space again." Today, photographic evidence shows the opposite. When I later called to ask why the ducts were leaking, the technician told me the problem was "above his pay grade." Instead of addressing their mistakes, the company attempted to sell me an encapsulation. This job cost me thousands of dollars and was sold as a fully engineered duct system. Instead, I was left with unnecessary replacement, property damage, mold, and poor workmanship.

He didn't wanna touch any of the plumbing because then we might accuse him of breaking it. So he wouldn't replace the flapper in the toilet. He wanted $450 to rebuild the inside of a toilet that we could buy at Lowe's installed for less than $200. He wanted $350 to tighten a faucet to the countertop. But he wasn't going to fix anything until we called and we got parts and we tracked down where to get things from. Like what the hell did we call you for. Then he wanted to charge us 80 bucks just for showing up to tell us he wouldn't do any work. They did back down on that.

We recently visited the Marble Master's Showroom because we were considering remodeling the shower…read morein our master bathroom. Our original shower was still in good condition but we wanted a change. We have always liked the timeless beauty of marble but we weren't positive yet if that was the change we wanted. However, while visiting the Marble Master's showroom, Neil, the owner, went out of his way to take the time to provide us with detailed information about his product, the installation process, the cost, warranty, etc. A few days later a company representative, Tom, came out to our home to take measurements and to provided us with additional information, as well as, give us a final quote. Tom then told us the installers would be able to enlarge our shower as part of the cost already quoted to us at the showroom. That was a wonderful surprise! We especially want to express our deepest appreciation to Larry, Danny and Eddie who were our installers. They were awesome! They are super good guys who are highly knowledgeable, professional, hard working, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The first of many things they did that made us happy was when they covered our white carpet with clean drop cloths in order to protect it from any dust that could be tracked in or out of the work area. They were very organized and clean throughout the entire removal, prep and installation process. During the demolition and installation process Larry, Danny and a Eddie constantly made sure there was only a very minimal amount of dust and that it was contained to the bathroom area. They also constantly worked hard during the entire process so it only took a day and a half. The difference between our former "nice" shower and our new marble shower is amazing! We knew the new shower was going to look good but we never expected the tremendous difference the beauty of the marble would make . From beginning to end everyone we interacted with did a phenomenal job! They provided us with exceptional quality and craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much to everyone at Marble Master's for being such highly knowledgeable, honorable, hard working and caring men. Those qualities are not something you find with all businesses these days. We appreciate you Marble Master's! You make the World a better place.

Do not stay at these apartments under any circumstances. They are money hungry and worse than the…read moreIRS. This was by far the worst move-out experience I've ever had, and I've lived overseas and across the country. I'm also not the only resident this has happened to multiple people have had issues with management and unexpected charges. After separating from the military following 7 years of service, I provided proper notice and my separation orders to Kamari. She told me I would still have to pay a $2,700 lease termination fee and claimed military separation did not qualify, even though both federal law and the lease clearly state otherwise. Less than 24 hours later, I received move-out charges including the termination fee. Once I sent them the section of the lease proving I was exempt, they removed the fee but suddenly added over $500 in additional "damage" charges that were never mentioned before. When I asked Kamari if we could walk the unit together so I could see the damages, she told me that since I had already turned in my keys, "she did not have to show me anything" even though the lease states residents have the right to review damages. The office later said they would review my dispute and contact me within 30 days, but after multiple follow-up attempts, no one responded. Instead, they sent my account to collections without any communication or finalized resolution. It was only after I contacted regional management and threatened legal action that they removed all the bogus charges and returned my deposit. For almost $1,600 a month, you can absolutely find better apartments with more honest and professional management. In the time I have lived here we have had three property managers nobody wants to stay and I see why. The only positive thing about living here was the maintenance team, who were always responsive and helpful.
