The staff there seem to have a big attitude when asking for a cone with the gelato (don't worry, I was willing to pay the $0.75 for it), the banana nut latte tasted very bitter and had no hints of banana or almond syrup as advertised. Charming Spot for a Break with a View We had gelato at the market and it was a fun treat--definitely a must-try if you're in the area. Service was quick, and the vibe was casual and relaxed. The outdoor patio is nicely arranged for eating, chilling, or just soaking in the view of the Pacific. On a sunny day, it's the perfect place to take a break if you're driving the 17-Mile Drive or beyond. It is a bit touristy and overpriced, but that's kind of expected for the location. While looking at a house in Pepple Beach I wanted coffee so our realator took us here. I ordered an Americano with oat milk and sugar free vanilla. It was delicious. The service was quick and the views are great. A nice place to go for a quick meal and drink. They have a nice wine selection and a good variety of food. read more

We did not have a very good visit today. They made me a good coffee and that's the only reason why I'm giving them two stars. The attendance kept just chatting away about their daily lives with each other, and gave us very little attention. I asked for a large latte, I got a small. They forgot to give me a muffin, and I had to remind him that I had to coming. They could totally elevate their service by paying full attention to their customers, and giving them what they asked for. This is a very luxurious place, and I didn't have the heart to go ask for what I asked for. They got a beautiful place here, it is nice to sit at the chairs and enjoy that delightful treat. We were staying at the Lodge and Pebble Beach Market is just right up the stairs. Opens early for a few breakfast items or you can get your sandwich to take golfing or site seeing. They also have wine! Of course its a little pricey but you cant expect less from the area. Hot and cold sandwiches are made to order. Service was good. My Sonoma panini, $16, rocked, especially the onion jam and arugula. I know sourdough bread is the thing in these parts but I actually liked it. The cold turkey sandwich looked average but was said to be satisfying. Cups available for fountain water. Day old baked goods are half price. Don't recommend the chocolate chip cookie, didn't taste any butter. We usually order our Thanksgiving meal at Whole Foods and they were ok or so I thought until I ordered from Pebble Beach Market this year. The food was excellent from the main entree all the way to dessert! I have to say the side of veggies was fresh and seemed freshly cooked, and delish (unlike the ones I would get from another store that looked overcooked). Service is always great at PB Market. Occasionally after decorating for another wedding celebration, my decorating crew and myself would drop in here to get a great lunch made by the deli crew. Sandwiches were always piled high with meats and cheese. Enveloped in sourdough bread. Always so good. And an interesting variety of gourmet desserts to top it off. Love this place. After 17 mile scenic drive and view of pebble beach golf experience. This is the best lunch you could ask for. We had the Italian sandwich, which was loaded with meats and very delicious. The kids had Mac n cheese and turkey club. The chili was the highlight of the meal. chunks of shredded meat and so mush flavor. If you like chili you will love this. Nice chairs to sit in and tables with umbrellas for shade. Very clean bathrooms to use as well. You can't ask for anything better. Ice cream to top it off at the end as well! read more

Got a sea salt caramel ice cream. It was pretty good... I tried everything else and they were all pretty mediocre. I would honestly rather get a nice pint from the supermarket. The pastrami sandwich was not that great and not a fan of the cheese they use. The restaurant is located across from the Lodge Hotel and the visitor center. My daughter and I had lunch there around 2P. We had passed previously due to the line out the door so when we pulled up there and no one was in line, we were excited as this place was highly recommended. The store has several goodies for lunch and menu selection was great. My daughter was able to create her own sandwich which was a plus. We both ordered sandwiches. These were the best sandwiches hands down we have had. They had a perfect portion of each ingredient and was filling. The ladies were professional, helpful and kind. Located across from The Lodge at Pebble Beach, was expecting better quality for the price. The bread for the chipotle turkey sandwich was dry, and the Greek salad did not taste fresh. Lol we literally stopped at every single beach or area along the way, to take everything in! We actually got hungry along the way but had snacks in the car. I would give this place a three and a half stars if I could. The place was on the expensive side for sandwiches, chips and drinks but probably the least expensive place along 17 mile drive. We had three sandwiches. The first one was a market wrap that was of good taste and size. It doesn't have a lot of ingredients but it's not lacking either. The second one was the 15th club. The turkey was not dry and the bacon added a good taste. I liked the avocado spread that was on it. The third sandwich was the little Italy. This was one big sandwich, the other two can be shared but it would be no problem with this one. The two meats are good and the salami has a bite of pepper every now and then. When I was in for lunch over the last 5 days, wearing a sport coat for an event, they were all smiles. Today my jeans are dusty, and the very same staff members, not recognizing me, were passive-aggressive, rude and resentful. I am absolutely surprised. Are they only professional when someone wearing a suit and tie is watching? I'm talking to you, manager who was standing nearby and didn't assist. This little Pebble Beach Market is a great spot to pick up sandwiches from the deli or snacks. We had been driving on 17 Mile Drive for a while, and we picked up some food on the way back to our hotel. We were starving and had been driving and taking photos for hours. We had stumbled upon this market right before their closing. We grabbed some sandwiches, drinks, and snacks and were on our way. This little store was so convenient. I can't say the service was great here though. For a high end market, I wished they were a bit more helpful. Since I knew they'd be closing in 20 minutes, we put in our order quickly and tried to get out of there as fast as we could. For a great selection of drinks and snacks, this is a convenient stop.
