The check in process was smooth and seamless. I was there a little before 7:30am and they opened the doors around 7:29am. You'll have a locker where you can leave your keys, wallet, etc. They take care to make sure everything is cleaned and wiped down. They also give you a choice of ear plugs and/or noise cancelling headphones when taking your exam, but even when I used both, I could still hear noises of people coughing and the air conditioner kicking in. Each computer is separated by a partition, but it's still distracting when people are coming in and out. Two major cons: 1. It was chilly, so make sure to bring a cardigan. 2. I tried calling a couple days prior to my exam and no one picked up and the voice mail was full. So, if you accidentally leave your ID behind (which I thought I did), you'd have to drive back to the testing center to get it. I really wish they had a working phone number. read more
