My first encounter of this professional testing center was on Friday the 13th in March 2020. I was taking both my USMLE Step 1 & Step 2 exams on a particularly Day with a taboo.
The location was very easy to find, whether you're coming from I-4 or 1792. In general, GPS is very reliable to locate this place.
(Remember to arrive I will say 30 minutes prior, The staff said most likely they would be allowed to take the exam early).
The staff was very friendly, Which helped calm my nerves during the fairy very important exam.
The procedure was that they would first ask for your ID, most likely your drivers license, except for the OET exam, for which they would require an actual passport. That would give you a piece of post it to write down a test ID number from your exam Scheduling Permit (friendly reminder: must bring it or else!!!), because you need to write it down later.
If your exam is long enough, you will likely need a break in between. For me it was an eight and nine hour exam, respectively. You just raise your hand and they will waive you out, for both exam they write down my break time for me. So it helped save my break time. Tips: if you're taking all the exam, avoid taking a lunch break around noon or 1 PM, because that is when Neil groups of Examinees enter a come on so the waiting time for them to be processed might eat up your break time. Just FYI.
Needless to say, I passed both exams with competitive scores. I contribute my warranty of success to the conducive environment in this test center.
