Within 2 hours, Jerry had a worker (Francisco) inspecting my roof and identifying my problem. Jerry then came to home and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. He gave me an EXCEPTIONALLY FAIR price and had Francisco and his brother at my home Sunday morning repairing my roof (Note: The rain had stopped Saturday morning). The job was completed by mid-afternoon. Francisco and his brother were extremely polite and did a fantastic job. Would I use Cornerstone Roofing & Remodeling again if needed? Without hesitation. Would I recommend Cornerstone Roofing & Remodeling to someone that needed a roof or roof repair? Without hesitation. Fred Duecker

Long story short, no one showed, but Jerry provided incredible customer service. Most companies have a minimum charge just to show up, excluding the work. Customer service like this makes these small mistakes more than okay in my book. I've never experienced someone so committed to his customer's satisfaction like Jerry. Cornerstone Roofing & Remodeling will be my first and only choice for all future roofing jobs. Don B.

Where do I begin? I met Chip and Trish (Tritan) through a neighbor when they were repairing their…read moreroof and he was beyond impressed as this was the second home Tritan had done for him. I inquired if Chip had time to look at my house, and he walked it and told me that it wasn't need in repair. I kept his business card and after a terrible storm of hail/wind six months later, he looked again. It was time. Chip and Trish literally "held my hand" through the entire inspection, appraisal, insurance process; something I had NEVER been through before. They were honest, encouraging, but above all they were patient with me. The attention to detail that they and the crew from Tritan provides in repairing/replacing a roof should be emulated by other companies. To say they "do it right" is an understatement, and was obvious when they pulled the old roof off which was shoddily done on a home that is barely 5 years old. (Shame on today's builders.) A recommendation to use Tritan (Chip & Trish) is an understatement. If you want it DONE RIGHT, hire Tritan. If you want it DONE HONEST, hire Tritan. If you are afraid of hiring the wrong roofer, then HIRE TRITAN. It is really that simple. You won't regret your choice.

I have Audio recordings of them promising to fix everything on 3-2-26 and then basically calling me a liar a few days later also on audio recordings. They also claimed they were going to fix everything when i have proof that they only offered to fix a few scratches and cabinet adjustments and acid wash on the shower when there was so much damage to my home and my belongings. Laundry 7-28-25 $5,600 80 sqft included closet but was not done, along with door hinge. Plus light and water comes in through door they installed improperly. Master Bath$23,000 flooring already has soft spots and raised spots they also left a mess, paint spray, concrete spray in shower, foam and grout in cabinet. The safety bars were installed with only 1 screw on each side and immediately became loose and i almost fell in the shower, I have multiple sclerosis and rely on safety. Deck and ramp 8-10-25 $18,000 The deck was suppose to be made wheel chair accessible because I have multiple sclerosis and it is way to steep (2 feet high 16 feet long) it needs to be 1/12 slope to use a wheel chair or walker on, they also built it to close to my ac unit only 4 inch when its suppose to be 12-24 inch away from ac, I have a new ac unit and have already had issues with it freezing over and its also a fire hazard, had to get it serviced and the ac repair people told us the deck needs to be moved because they built it to close to the ac. Flooring, $14,000 8-27-25 The flooring is not level and has soft spots everywhere including going down entire walkway of the house, raised spots, vinyl planks already coming up all down the entire house. The flooring itself was also damaged during the next project kitchen and bath remodel. They did not protect any of my other rooms or my belongings and completely destroyed a vintage 50 year old dollhouse, and tons of breakable things that were just thrown in big trash bags. Kitchen and bath 9-18-25 $50,000 They took my payment in 3 payments when the contract said 5 and i didn't realize till after i sent pay and after that they basically halted work and were extremely slow at getting back to me or sending up anyone to finish the rest of the work, I was displaced for 4 months when i was told it was going to be 3 weeks on the contract, there is extensive damage to my cabinets and walls and floor, including holes in the walls in cabinets and on the floor in cabinet and since then we've found snakes inside drawers and cabinets where the holes are, and ants coming in from the seam of the floor thats separated throughout the living room and kitchen also the guest bath was not touched. I have videos, photos, audio recordings, every single text message.
