Came here to take my NCLEX and everything went smoothly. It's not hard to find at all. When you enter the parking lot get off and you can find the directory on your left. There was a nice gentleman that helped me find the building which was pretty easy and even gave me a parking validation. You just keep walking down and the building is A7 on your left. You just go to the 3rd floor and there are signs to direct you. The staff were all so nice and professional. read more

Easy to find! The staff was very helpful and provided straight to the point directions! Testing area brightly lit. Testing was easy to navigate with the guidance of the proctor. The only downside of this location was the elevator weren't working the day I went. Plenty of parking, but you'll have to pay $6, but it's for the entire day. read more

I stopped by Pearson Professional Center for an exam the other day. I used the parking entrance for guests entering from Fremont St. This building (A7) is a bit of a walk from the parking lot. I had to speed walk from A1 to A7 to make sure I arrive on time. You can enter the building between A6 and A7 buildings and take the elevator up to the 3rd floor. There's only two employees working in the front checking you in. You have to wait until they call your number and they will assign you a locker to use. They will take a photo of you for the exam. You only bring in your driver license and the key to the locker with you. The testing center is spacious and clean. Technology is old/outdated but it gets the job done for an exam center. I don't think the ear plugs they provided to you block sound. I hear people coming in and out of the room the entire time. Perhaps try the headset to see if that's better. They do provide a marker and erasable laminated papers for you if you want to take notes. You cannot take those notes home with you though. They also provide a simple calculator if needed. Overall, workers are friendly and they empathize with you that the exam length is too long. Parking is $6 max and there was a line to exit. read more

I showed up for an exam today. I proceeded thru the usual check in process: identification, photo, placed my personal belongings in the assigned locker and performed a self pat down prior to entering the testing room. I was given a blank board for notes, a black marker and calculator. I sat down, put on my headphones, began the tutorial questions, wrote some formulas on my board and timed out of my tutorial after a few minutes. I raised my hand, the proctor walked over, told me that my exam was locked out. She escorted me out and told me that I would have to pay another test fee and reschedule my exam. What? I literally sat down for less than 5 minutes and did not even begin my first test question. This is absolutely R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S. Nobody at the center mentioned anything out the possibility of getting locked out of the "optional" tutorial if not completed within a few minutes. The proctor stated that the rules are in the disclosure. Beware of this testing company, this SCAM and money grab . I would consider another testing company if you have the option. I hope that someone from Pearson reaches out to offer a refund, or voucher to sign up for my exam. What a waste of my time and money. read more

Went to the Pearson Professional Center to take my GMAT back in December 2023. Parked at the lot next to the LA Fitness. Very quiet testing zone and the front desk + proctors were super nice and straightforward. I was assigned personal lockers to store my belongings before taking the test. I was not allowed to bring any drinks or items except for the locker key + identification. Computers are as simple as you can get. Think of your local library computers. Primitive and gets the job done. Restrooms are clean and the overall experience was very decent. If I were to take another test, I wouldn't mind this location. This testing center was easy to find, easy to park, and stress free. Upon arriving on a Saturday to test, the parking lot was open with ample parking. I parked right in front of A-1 and walked straight toward A-7. It was very easy to find on the 3rd floor. I arrived early and was able to begin my testing in a quiet, no stress, environment. I usually need accommodations but ear plugs and noise canceling headphones were readily available. I would recommend this site as the staff was so nice, professional, to the point, with no nonsense. Great Front Desk! They will give u a number, have u wait till they call u to give instructions, go up to them after reading them. They they baggy your phone, take palm prints, have u put your bag away in a locker. U keep they key to your locker and have yr ID with y at all times. Then they will call u to a testing prtored room. You'll get checked like tsa, no big scrunchies, hairclips, neclaces, weird glasses. Jacka okay but will be checked. they give u optional ear buds. and have noise cancellation headphones at each desk two types. Then u take yr test. I entered the parking lot from starbucks. $5 pay for whole day. 1$ per hour. quiet, very clean, fancy campus and buildings. read more

The manager who answered the phone was unprofessional, dishonest, and inflexible. Even though I was originally on time but went to the wrong Pearson location by mistake and staff from that location contacted her, she refused to let me take my exam. She said the reason was because they were busy and my organization that ordered the exam allowed them to cancel me if I'm 15 minutes late. So she used her discretion to deny me, which resulted in $95 extra charges if I reschedule. I guess Pearson wants to make money off of you without you taking the actual exam. Another example of corporate greed and incompetent management. read more

PASSED MY RN NCLEX here! Staff is great, welcoming and considering your taking one of the biggest test in your life you want comforting and easy going people checking you in. The Asian lady means "business" a bit high strung strict. DONT wear scrunchies. I had a big lululemon scrunchie in my hair and I couldn't wear it, no problem. Thank gosh I had a rubber band in my backpack. Lots of parking. You have to pay. Peking structure located by the Gym. Building was easy to find. Restroom located close by considering during stress peristalsis is working. Clean. Older building but clean. I sat in #18 room 1 and I'll never forget NCLEX shut off at 75Q and I was shocked and scared at the same time. I'm glad I came here. Eat buds are given if you ask for them. I used ear buds and ear headphones. Dry erase board given with black marker. Palm scanners. Pad down on yourself-no cheating!!!!! My test was @8am- I started @ 730am checking in and sitting down. I've been getting messages with a few more questions about this center: * Do they offer earbuds? Yes. They do provide earplugs individually wrapped and you can even wear them under the headphones for extra noise canceling. I opted for the earplugs (they fit better). * Do they charge parking on all weekdays? I believe they do charge all weekdays, I could be mistaken. Have some cash on hand in the event they do, but if they don't I can update my tip to add that detail. *What was the check-in process like? Check-in was quick. You walk in, tell the person at the front desk what test you are here for, then you take a number. *What was the lobby like? The seats were socially distanced. Waiting for your number to be called took about 15-20 minutes. Then they take your information and give your test instructions. You also have your picture taken and they give you a locker. *Do they check your bag? I don't believe they even check your bag because you have to leave everything in the locker. Make sure your phone is on silent/no alarms are left on your phone since it gets locked in the locker. *Can you check your bag during the break? Not sure. I would ask the front desk when you check-in. My exam did not have a break. (I passed it by the way! Just got results last week) Good luck you guys, you'll do great! read more

If people put as much effort into studying that they do cheating on exams, I'm sure the palm vein scanners at Pearson wouldn't need to be there. I felt like I was getting booked into County Jail with the amount of times I had to scan my palm. I'm sure it's protocol but it just didn't sit right with me. If you get test anxiety, I recommend Edugo in DTLA or the test center in South El Monte on Garvey Ave. These two other centers are much easier to find, parking is validated or free. It's a smaller work room environment and much more relaxing. Parking lot: free on weekends. Pass the actual address, when you see a small street before the big blue glass building, make a turn and another turn and you're in the parking garage. Building: A7 which is kind of a long-ish walk from the parking garage. Go to the 3rd floor. Masks required, you put your stuff in a locker and bring your ID in with you. read more

I took my NCLEX RN here on a Tuesday morning. They start checking you in right away even if you're super early so I started my 8AM exam much earlier. I thought parking was free in the south parking lot bc the barricade was up and I was able to just drive in but by the time I was out of the exam I had to pay $5 to get out lol. The Pearson Center is on the third floor of building A7. It's very easy to find from the south parking lot! read more

Took an exam there about a month ago (PMP), and the experience was pleasant (lol, of course, if I didn't pass the exam I may be thinking otherwise. The actual testing center is clean, quiet, comfortable, and neither too hot or cold. Good scenario for testing. They provide ear plugs just in case. Only complaint I would say is the parking. Parking was a little confusing in the plaza even finding the entrance for all those who don't have a regular parking pass (visitors). read more

Took my NCLEX here. Fast check-in, clean, friendly/helpful staff, quiet environment. Overall, great experience! Giving this place a 4 solely because it was a little difficult to find. After you park, just walk to the security office and ask them how to get to the building. That's a lot easier than driving around, trying to find the place, and going in circles. Parking: there was a booth that collects money for parking but it was free when I went. Also, the entrance the parking lot was so hard to find and doesn't match up with what Apple apps says. I drove around 2 times and ended up seeing a small sign that says the entrance is on the other side. I would recommend getting here early to allot time for potentially getting lost. read more

Great experience I had my test at 7 am but I arrived at the parking lot at 6 am on a Saturday to study a little bit more before my test. I didn't have to pay for parking. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. There are cute cats roaming around the parking lot. It's near a Starbucks too so if u need that morning boost before taking your test. It's a bit of walk from the actual parking to the building your taking the test. There's a security by the parking lot and I just asked them for where the building is. read more

I had a really good experience here! I was worried because it was my first time taking the CSET and I wasn't sure about the procedures etc. but the previous reviews are right, the people here are so professional and the environment is very clean and tidy. I parked in the parking lot next to LA Fitness and it was free on the day I took my exam, a Saturday morning. Once you walk out of the parking structure, there is a directory and it's very easy to find the building (A7). Go up the elevator to 3rd floor and a sign directs you to the check in place. They have lockers for you to put your stuff in before going into the testing room. They also have a bathroom and a water dispenser! You don't need to bring pencils or anything since they provide their own for you to use during the exam. Check in took about 25 minutes because quite a lot of people were taking exams, but they are very efficient. The tests are individualized so it's not like everyone starts and ends at the same time.
