The doctors are always looking forward to wondering how an individual is doing beyond their physical state of which I would assume they are recovering from injury. The ladies working behind the desk have been nothing but understanding and considerate of my situation. Considering that I have a very busy schedule, they were always willing to work around my schedule and hope that I receive the care that I need. They seem to always be looking for the best for their patients, and I appreciate the extra brain power they put into considering and organizing everyone's time. Not only is this clinic mindful of the physical distress, they care about each patient and truly understand where they are coming from to better assess their situation. Dr. Oh has also taught me to care more about the functionality of my body while I partake in physical activities, and I hope to take his knowledge with me as I continue my journey through fitness. Both doctors have been very kind to me in regards to my healing process after my accident, considering that it was my first collision and I was very nervous to access the situation with lawyers/attorneys. It was a very tough time for me and they gave me the support I needed. The soap smells good and there's always air freshener and toilet paper and paper towels. I've never had an issue. I haven't use any of the other services that the chiropractic center offers, but I know that they have a room for physical therapy. There's a tool that Dr. Tony Chu uses and it helps my back every single time. I usually come in when I get a cramp in my neck or when my life has been so stressful. He is very educated in his field and I always have questions. It's nice that they take my insurance and I've never had an issue in that area. I would like to really say thank you to the doctor and the Frontline staff with the professionalism and the intent that they have in caring about me and my family. I've never had an issue with parking or getting in to be seen. I don't know if there are cancellation fees but this is one place you will not regret coming back to.

I was able to book an appointment for the following day. During our meet I explained him how I had issues with the right side of my body. Lots of lower back pain, numb/sharp pain in my shoulder blades, and at night my arm would go numb when I laid down (happens every night and has been happening for years). He laid me down and adjusted me in just a few minutes. He cracked my back, shoulders, and neck. He immediately relieved my back and shoulder pain. I was blown away!! After my adjustment I was able to go a few nights with no issues with numbness in my arms! I had my second adjustment with Dr. Connolly and I'm feeling amazing.
