This is something that should have been done prior to drugging me in my opinion. I am just praying it takes away the pain. After meeting Dr. Duriswamy I felt completely comfortable. He is a very personable doctor. The doctor goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and not in fear. The pain I'd imagined in my head was horrible, however that is not what reality was. It felt just like acupuncture to me. I would 100% come back here again. I am on day 1 after the shot and so far the pain is more than 50% different. I believe I actually slept through the whole night without my arms and hands falling asleep and tingling in pain. Thank you doctor! So much, now I am just mad I waited 12 years to do it out of fear.

It takes 2 weeks to a month to get a pre-authorization and then you are without your medicine for that time. They admit this it takes 15 to 30 days for pre-authorization, meanwhile you are miserable and in pain. The providers are constantly changed, I haven't had the same provider for two consecutive per months for ever. They are known as Savas health as well. The staff are nice enough but their system is horrible.

Ever everyone was trying to leave for lunch and I was told that I needed to come back at 1 o'clock. I said that I could not come back at 1 o'clock and they went into the back and talked for a while. They came back and said because I was 5 minutes late that I would have to come back at 1 o'clock because it was a procedure. Obviously they were so hungry that they could care less about their patients with chronic pain and the fact that they scheduled them at lunchtime is not my fault! I will not go back to this clinic and I would not recommend it for anybody. Especially people experiencing chronic pain and having to live with debilitating diseases. The staff here do not care about you at all!! They are now called Svas Health

My wife was there for 3 weeks and was cleaned several times per day. She was bathed twice per week which was acceptable since she did little to need more attention. The facility is spotless with maintenance folks mopping and cleaning constantly. The chef personally visited each patient to see what they liked to eat. The food was wholesome and plentiful. The staff came around several times per day serving coffee, cocoa, tea and ice cream. We stayed at other facilities in the past several years, but none came close to measuring up to HVHC. Rachel claimed that my mom confronted a staff member and demanded to know if her forms were filled out, at her daughter's school,When I spoke to my mom, she explained that she calmly asked the woman if she worked at Dr. Ashraf's office, mentioned that some forms had not been filled out, told her to have a nice day, and even shook her hand. That does not reflect the aggressive behavior they are describing. I would also like to point out that it is highly unprofessional for a medical assistant to claim she was "confronted" by a patient when, in reality, she was spoken to politely. If my mom had actually confronted this woman the way they're claiming, wouldn't teachers or staff have stepped in to de-escalate the situation? And wouldn't others in the pickup line have heard or witnessed this supposed 'rude confrontation'? It doesn't make sense that something like that would happen publicly without anyone else noticing or intervening. Misrepresenting a simple, respectful interaction as something hostile is concerning and raises questions about honesty and accountability within the office. What is even more troubling is the inconsistency in their stories. Rachel said my mom was called into the office, while Maryann stated on Yelp that my mom showed up rude and was confrontational and going back and forth with staff. Those are two very different accounts. If she was called in, why portray it as though she stormed in angrily? Rather than showing empathy or taking accountability, the office chose to argue and present conflicting narratives. A simple, professional response acknowledging our experience would have gone much further. Unfortunately, this entire interaction has reinforced our concerns about their communication, professionalism, and integrity.

Dr. Nagrano took the time to think outside the box, strategize and came up with a Plan of Tx that I am super hopeful about. I had a very frustrating experience with this pain management office. After driving all the way in…read moredue to being hung up on twice over the phone, I was met with dismissive and rude behavior from the front desk staff member, Kendall. I was told the doctor had already left and that my medication would be sent the next day, but the way this was communicated felt extremely inconsiderate--especially given the pain I'm in and the effort it took to get there in person. Patients dealing with chronic pain deserve to be treated with basic respect and empathy, and unfortunately, that was not my experience in this interaction. That said, I do want to recognize Sarah, who overheard the situation and stepped in to help de-escalate. She was professional, understanding, and took the time to assist me in a way that made a real difference. Her compassion did not go unnoticed. I hope the office takes feedback like this seriously and works on improving communication and patient care moving forward.

We (the hubs and I) started coming here after a major car accident. Neither of us had ever been to…read morea chiropractor before and we were really nervous. After meeting Dr. Pearson we were both a little more that ease. When you are in a lot of pain allowing someone to start popping your parts can be very scary. Especially for me because I have had two previous neck surgeries. We were escorted into the back of the office and asked to lay down on the roller massage tables. Next you go into a room with grey massage tables. Dr. Pearson is either going to fix you by popping/adjusting you or connect you to a tens unit that is basically a small machine with pads on it that stimulates and calms spasms and then brings on the popping/ adjustments. It doesn't always feel amazing while the adjustments are being made but I do feel better after. I just wish my bones would stay "in place". Side note: The Dr is truly a nice person with great customer service. His memory for his customers names amazes me. The place is always clean including the bathroom. I will absolutely keep coming back after my bones try to finish healing from the accident. Thanks Dr. Pearson, You Rock!
