We made an appointment and showed up for our first appointment. We were disappointed with the political atmosphere and the lack of masks. There was a sign stating that they are not politically correct. I take that to mean that if you believe something different they don't want your business. The Doctor, I assume because she was in scrubs, as well as a patient were not wearing masks. Very disappointing that this is the reception when seeking medical care. Dr. Pam has been a life saver for me. She goes above and beyond to help resolve any issues you have with much care and information to help you get better. First off I haven't even been here yet but my 3 year old daughter slept wrong and woke up with really bad neck pain, I was debating to take her to the ER but then I decided to call a chiropractor to see if maybe they can help so I called and the doctor herself answered. I told her what had happened and instead of her blowing me away or telling me to come in right away and take my money she gave me step by steps on what to do like giving her Tylenol to help with pain and making sure she had food in her stomach so her stomach wouldn't be upset, icing it for 15 min then ice off then repeat and massaging her neck and slowly start seeing her progression. She then said do this for about an hour or so and if she doesn't get better then give me a call back so I can go ahead and schedule her. Even though I really didn't have a service performed on myself or my daughter this still deserves a 5 star from me and I'm sure any other parent out there seeing their child in so much pain would give this a 5 star as well. read more

After getting adjusted we are given a choice of follow up therapies including the roller table, cold laser, or ultrasound. I had been going to massage places thinking it would help but Dr. Pam is seriously the best. She is very hands on and is straightforward in the advice she gives you. She wants you to get better so she informs you of what you are doing or what is wrong with your bones.
