The shape is totally inconsistent (I asked for almond), there are weird jagged edges, the powder shows through, and there are odd bubbles throughout (can't see them in the pictures). My nail tech was obviously rushing the whole time. She didn't get all the excess powder off between layers, and never checked with me on the shape. By the time I realized she wasn't going to go back and fix them she was already putting on the gel coat and it was too late. I'm extremely disappointed. Beyond the low quality, the salon was taking very few Covid precautions (half the staff wasn't wearing masks, customers weren't required to wash hands before service, and none of the desks were cleaned down between customers).

Anna is SO sweet and extremely talented. She does not rush or skip over steps and she is also hilarious. I have tried countless nail salons in Charlottesville and have never been satisfied until I found this place. I prefer dip powder and they had so many color options and her technique was amazing. Definitely the best quality dip manicure you can get in Charlottesville. It's clean, quiet, and peaceful. I don't have enough good things to say! FYI: you can't tip on a credit card so bring cash!
