Nice to walk through one phase top and bottom to see the new additions: shops and eateries. Stopped at Happy Lemon to get cool drink.

As of December 2025 please note that the main elevator in Pearlridge Uptown is broken with no ETA on it being fixed. The next available elevator is in Macy's, if its even in commission, otherwise there is NO way for you to travel between levels if you have a stroller with kids or you yourself utilize a wheelchair. Sad!

I haven't been to PR since Covid. Today I went to Sugah Daddah. While in the mall I noticed that the garbage cans were full. We were in the center for an hr and a half. Upon finishing our Acai bowls. The trash wasn't emptied. Had to place our trash gently on the top of the full can.

Pearlridge Center is the second largest mall after Ala Moana Shopping Center. It's out of the way located in Aiea if you do not have a car. This felt more like a local shopping center with commercial stores and tons of anime shops. There's an uptown and downtown section, both have food courts. And shops are indoors. Overall: Less touristy. Not a lot of stores that appealed to us since they were more commercial. We couldn't find a local coffee shop in the uptown side so we opted for Starbucks. The connecting monorail was closed and we couldn't figure out how to get to the downtown side. We figured it out after we had already left: it's just a 6-minute walk across the parking lot. For a $35+ Uber ride to come out here one way from Waikiki Beach, I would stick with the Ala Moana Shopping Center.

    Now PEARLRIDGE!

Not like before, but still a bit crowded and places play to eat and shop and watch movies.

Earrings from Miso Clay'd. It was a cute pop up booth on Saturday! Follow business on Instagram to know when she'll be there

Honestly I love coming to Pearlridge center on Saturdays! Recently, there has been pop up shops in both uptown and downtown! These small shops are local businesses! They range from jewelry, comic books, playing cards, cute Japanese pens, stuff animals, clothing, and food products. It's definitely something to check out on the weekends! Also, make sure to stop by in uptown in the parking lot. There is a farmers market that sells fresh vegetables and food choices! Let's support these local businesses! In addition, I finally got some cute clay earrings! These are handmade and very unique in design. The owner was very sweet and have creative ideas for jewelry! Check out Miso Clay'd on Instagram! She posts her pop up events and has a website

Are there any elevators from 1st floor near Satellite City Hall?

1st floor outside of TJ Maxx. That elevator brings you into 2nd floor of Ross and you'll be able to walk out into the mall.

Is there safe, visible, secure places to lock your bicycle? Where are they located? Mahalo

Right in Front of Moes, on the side with Macy's/TJmaxx, they have a bike rack that is visible. There are a few right in front of the most main doors.

    Is this mall dog friendly?

I just called the Security office. If the pet is a service animal, yes they are allowed. If they are not, I was told that regardless of being on a leash or in a carrier, pets are NOT allowed in the mall.

Is Hanalei Chicken still at Pearlridge?

    I don't think so

Does pearlridge uptown have its own family restroom? like one room with one toilet, a sink, and maybe a changing area? Pearlridge downtown has one but i need to know if there is one room for a family to share.

Yes you need to intercom for them to open the room door

I used to ride their monorail as a kid, but it's a lil pricier now and the walk between uptown and downtown really isn't that far.

I described it as: McDonald's on one end and TJ Maxx on the far end. In-between, there are stores like Longs Drugs Store, Petco, Sally Beauty Supply, Rokaru, and Foodland Farms. There are two small buildings across from the long strip of businesses. One building has shops such as Hana Tea and AT&T. The other building with Dunkin on the corner has a nail salon. He took a while to think, but he figured it out! It's not even in Google, but my friends, Rachie, Liza, Malia, and Joyce, wrote reviews for Pearl City Gateway! I've been visiting this shopping center often because Longs, Dunkin', and TJ Maxx are within walking distance of each other. I like this Dunkin because it opens earlier than the Pearlridge location. There are so many stores here, so when you do visit the Waikele Premium Outlet, hopefully you'll find a store that will appeal for you. As for me, a few of my favorite stores I like to visit is - the Lowe's hardware store, Reyn Spooner, & the Van's shoe store. Beside shopping, the outlet mall also has restaurants, a small food court, & numerous food trucks in the parking lot so finding something yummy to eat shouldn't be too hard. Parking here is a breeze, as the outlet mall has ample parking. If you don't have a car, I noticed a lot of tourist would catch a shuttle to this outlet mall.
