When I initially got the glasses there was a small problem (lenses made incorrectly) but the store corrected the issue. (Thank you.) Their prices are a little on the high side, but they may be in line with other eye care places. (I don't know.) Unfortunately 6 months after receiving my glasses, the bridge broke. When I went back to see what could be done I was told if I didn't buy an extended warranty, all I could do is buy new frames. There was no options other than that presented to me. Seems the customer service stopped when I walked out the door after initially buying my glasses. I did not abuse my glasses, just seems as though they had a manufacturing defect from the start, but now I am out $400. I understand that it isn't specifically Lindsey Eye Care's fault, but it is not mine either. If 6 months is the best you can get out of a pair of glasses from them, probably should look to another facility that sells better quality items.

Dr. Suydam was so thorough in diagnosing and explaining the issue I was having. Called me in my prescriptions to my pharmacy right away. I even had issues with the pharmacy and Dr. Suydam got on the phone with me to solve the prescription problem. I can't thank you enough Dr. Suydam, Kim, and Primary Eyecare for all your help!

Two years in a row, he wrote the wrong prescription for my glasses and I had to have them remade. The doctors assistants are very nice and have no issue with them. The office staff are rude at best. The secretaries are extremely rude and they are not helpful at all when you ask questions they act visibly annoyed and the answers are not given to you either. Now regarding doctors services: they diagnosed my kid two years ago with a diagnosis and never told me about it. NEVER! Can you imagine how would you feel knowing two years later something may be wrong with your son. However, I wonder if this is just a fraudulent practice as the issue only came up when I asked why am I being charged for medical and vision? So copay and full payment on other visit? That's a lot of money. I took my kid to another practice and this Diagnosis is not present and the most pressing questions how you diagnose a child with a pretty serious eye issue and not tell the parents or provide any treatment for it?

The doctors are always friendly, thorough, and genuinely helpful, and the staff is just as great. Everyone is knowledgeable, patient, and willing to walk you through anything whether it's prescriptions, contacts, or navigating insurance. One thing to know: they are very in demand. If you're planning to go here, book your appointments early. I schedule my annual eye exam and contact lens exam a full year in advance because last-minute availability is pretty much nonexistent. That alone tells you how trusted they are in the area. They also have a huge selection of glasses and sunglasses, including name brands, and the team is very hands on when it comes to fittings and adjustments.
